BUYER BEWARE. I purchased the prestige version of these covers with the 10 year warranty. After less than one year of use, terrible mold growth developed on the inside of all of the covers. The warranty on the web site says “For the duration indicated, we warrant our products to be free from material defect and product construction and performance flaws not attributed to normal use.” The main reason why I keep my furniture covered is to prevent mold growth on my outdoor furniture. These covers certainly do not perform adequately to protect outdoor furniture in a humid environment (I live in Florida). I contacted Coverstore about this issue and they provided me with ways to clean the covers (which did not work) and insinuated that I had put the covers over wet furniture which caused the mold to grow. I have never done this. They did proceed to offer me 40% off the purchase of new covers, but even with the discount, I would have to spend another $1,000 plus for the same covers that failed the first time around. I am extremely disappointed with this company with their unwillingness to honor their warranty.

Bought a cover for my Z4 BMW and din not use it immediately because the existing one still have some life left in it. When I did install it a month or so later I discovered it didn’t come anywhere close to fitting. I asked the company for an exchange but they refused stating it was past the return date. Took the issue to PayPal but they folded as well. Ordered another cover from a different vendor and received what I expected…a cover that fit…this company could learn a lot about sensible customer service.

Bad product, bad service, bad communication.

The Christmas tree duffel bag is very durable. Excellent quality at a great price. I just wish it came in a few more sizes. Otherwise very happy.

The items I ordered were not pre-made, I chose the fabric and the exact sizes which were for unique boxes and they fit perfectly.

This is my second order from Coverstore! My patio furniture remains unscathed after four years! The quality of their product is excellent! Fortunately, our weather in San Diego offers some extended length to these covers! I am very satisfied with the quality.

For being custom made, the cover arrived in reasonable time. The quality of the Elite cover was excellent. The measurements were exactly to specifications and fit our table perfectly. The extra clinch straps for around two of the table legs will be a great help in keeping the cover in place during windy days. Very pleased.

The covers are highly weather resistant and last a long time.

I've had several Coverstore products for almost two years now and I must say how pleased I am about the quality of the products and their ability to withstand the weather and protect the patio table, chairs, spa cover, lounge chairs and extra stacking chairs. The covers fit perfectly and are well made. I have purchased car covers and patio furniture covers and I am very pleased.

I'm using my 2nd Coverstore car cover for my 1995 Jaguar. This one is superior to the 1st....material, elastic, fit. The 1st is now on my 1995 Volvo. I only use them in the summer here in So Calif. Ordering was easy and I received the product quickly. I won't hesitate to order from Coverstore again when the need arises. Great product and service!

We have purchased a few great covers.
Great fit on tables and fire pits.
Our lounge chair covers fit great also but have completely torn down on corners on both chairs. Would love to know if they would repair or replace them. Purchased last year. It is a great company and love their products.

I have now ordered several coverstore products. I've always ordered the top line quality and have gotten what I paid for. All my off the rack and custom products and have lasted for at least 2 years now with virtually no wear. Really pleased with this company.

Bait and switch and they don't stand behind their work. Purchase at your peril.

These covers are expensive but so far, they’ve held up through one Jersey winter with some really high shore winds. You do need extra bungees if it gets windy by you, so invest in the extra sets.

Products are high quality. I always use them for my covers, grill, patio furniture, anything needed!

I had picnic table covers that would blow off in the wind. I saw some covers on Coverstore with straps on the corners, so I bought them. Unfortunately, those straps are torn off the covers in the wind. I need to find a different method to keep the covers on.
