Don’t think next day delivery will be delivered next day!
Hubby placed his order and wanted next day delivery. So he paid the additional next day delivery fee. No next day delivery, nor the next day, but it arrived on the 3rd day. Beware! They have a clause on their website that if the delivery is delayed by their delivery partner they don’t refund the extra fee! Seems a cop out! Surely they could recoup that fee once you’ve contacted them from their delivery partner and refund the customer. That way, just maybe their delivery partner would adhere to the next day delivery terms you the customer has paid extra for.

This is the 3 rd cover I've purchased…great product!
This is the 3 rd cover I've purchased here,...a hammock style beige one for my 2 dogs. Looks great, protects the leather seats, easy to wash and dries quickly, and mud just dries and brushes off so easily. I put some anti slip matting under it to stop my boys slipping when they jump in the car and works great!

I would not recommend this company at all. Once they get your contact details they keep bombarding you with junk emails with no way to unsubscribe. If you want endless junk mail, fine. Otherwise avoid them.

The armchair cushion I order is all squint
I purchased a 49x49x19 cm armchair cushion , ready to use (order n. CUK388510741789749676) . After weeks I received it, shipped from India where they are produced. The cushion is asymmetrical, with three sides perfectly square, and the fourth bulging irregularly. And when on the chair, that side is the only one that collapses. I should have gone to a local upholsterer, now I have throw away 65 pounds. You live and learn

Shelter sides
Great communication, speedy shipment, clear AI communication, great product, easy to get a mock up to give accurate description amd to edit design etc.
Only negative I have is....
I ordered the reinforced webbing around all edges. I expected the webbing to be within the plastic but its not so it will get wet. They have folded the plastic added the webbing and then added the grommits. Now, if I had have realised this was the way they were made I would have specified the side to put the webbing as now its on the outside of my shelter that will be exposed to the elements. So wont last as long. The size I had, required there to be a joint this too is now on the outside so as the rain drips down it will sit on the join. If the join was the other side then the rain would have ran straight down.
The quality is great, a lot thicker than standard tarp. The visibility is brilliant the weighted chain is on the lighter side so may have to tie down in a storm. All in all the quality is top notch just minor improvements would have made them perfect.
