BEWARE

BEWARE! I ordered my covers on 3/24. I've had several emails from them with unusual updates. "You're order is being packed" "You're order is in final quality check stage" "You're order is in final packaging phase" "You're order is in customs"- There were more. They told me they could not provide a tracking number until the package cleared customs- and customs was "backed up due to the holidays" This is completely bogus as a tracking number would have been provided when it left their facility. I emailed them insisting on a tracking number or a refund...no reply. Still no covers after over 3 weeks. Hoping this will save others some frustration.

This is a scam

This is a scam! Don't buy from them! They processed my payment, and continually sent me AI drafted emails that my product was on the way, and that they were going to send me my tracking number soon. I demanded a refund and they said they couldn't because my product had been shipped. That was over a month and a half ago. A complete scam and they should be arrested.

Coverfect: DO NOT BUY FROM THEM…

spent $708 and received items that looked nothing like what was advertised — cheap and completely misrepresented. After I contacted them and sent photo proof, they stopped responding.
When I filed a dispute with my bank, they lied and claimed I never sent photos. They ignored me but responded to my bank with false information.
This company is dishonest and lacks integrity. Save your money and shop somewhere else.

Horrible customer service and shipping

We ordered in January and only until I threatened to report this company to my state's attorney general did we stop getting lame templated excuses and suddenly our order was being prepared for shipping (something they told us within 48 hours of order, making it impossible to cancel the order to get a refund). We ended up purchasing something else from another retailer (and they arrived with a week of order and are working very well) and the Coverfect covers arrived today (two months after the order). We can't return them or get our money back. I would not recommend this company.

Coverfect is a Scam

I ordered covers over two months ago in December 2025 and have yet to receive anything. I think they are a scam outfit. I communicate with them and every time I get the same template answers about 'expedited delivery'. I have little hope of seeing these covers or my refund. I will report them to the International Trade Commission. Don't buy from this business.

We wish we had read the reviews before…

We wish we had read the reviews before ordering. Do NOT order from this outfit. They easily take your money but don't deliver the product. What you do receive is stream of poorly written excuses. It's been many weeks and nothing but lame excuse after excuse.

I would give less than 1 star but it wouldn’t post. Delivery and customer service are horrible. They are incapable of managing their delivery timely and refuse to cancel an order even after numerous requests to do so. Stay away from this company they are only interested in taking your money not customer satisfaction!

Terrific Customer Service

My experience is purely related to wonderful customer service because in the end I didn't buy a sofa cover. Why? Because a helpful, knowledgeable representative named Kevin made sure I had the correct measurements so I didn't order something that wouldn't fit my sofa. That's great help! I didn't waste time ordering, figuring out a return path, etc.

Kevin was patient. He even asked his design team to mock up what different covers would look like on my sofa.

I'm disappointed the fit wasn't right but I can recommend Coverfect for its unusually good customer service. Kevin made the difference and I won't forget the company in the future.

Please take heed to the negative reviews. This company is a huge scam. I ordered over a month ago and continue to get the same email about my order being checked for quality. Save yourself a huge headache and order someplace else.

Great product & Service

We had a great experience with our purchase from Coverfect. The couch and loveseat covers that we purchased look outstanding. The color and fabric are exactly as advertised. The customer service during our purchase was equally outstanding. Would highly recommend this company.

Ordered Dec 8th and was worried it…

Ordered Dec 8th and was worried it wouldnt come before Christmas. Got it Dec 17th which was perfect timing! Packaging was really good too. The cover itself is great quality, way nicer than I thought. Stay in place and looks good. Would definitely buy from them again.

Yes its expensive but after wasting money on 3 cheap amazon covers that slipped off, this one actually works! Ordered Dec 1st, came Dec 10th. The quality is way better - thick fabric, stays in place, and juice wiped right off. My daughter said it looks expensive lol. Should have bought this first instead of the cheap ones. You get what you pay for!

Good company. Highly recommend!

Ordered the wrong size for my loveseat (totally my fault, I measured wrong). Reached out to their support team expecting a hassle and instead got a response within a few hours. They walked me through the exchange process and even helped me figure out the correct measurements. New covers arrived quickly and fit perfectly. The taupe color matches my living room beautifully. It's rare to find a company that actually cares about getting it right.

I made an order on Nov 7 and have gotten the same runaround from customer service, blaming the slow shipping service on everything imaginable. Canned responses. Now Dec 23 and I still don’t have my sofa cover. I’ll never order from this company again. If you don’t have your supply chain and shipping in order, stop pushing out so many ads!

Don't do it

Don't do it. I placed an order on November 2. It is now December 10 and I have not received it. I emailed them and they sent an email saying "rather than making you wait any longer, we’ve re-processed and resent your order using a faster, more reliable shipping partner, entirely at our own cost." And they asked me to wait longer. This seems very much like a scam, where they just keep delaying the order and hope you forget about it. Just an update: It is now December 17. They have not refunded me, and my order has not arrived. I did receive an email today saying "Your order #3033 is now packed and ready to be shipped out." Um, really? Over 6 weeks after the order was placed, the order is just packed and not even shipped yet? As I said, don't do it!

Do NOT buy from this company

Do not buy. I chatted with an agent to get the right cover for my reclining couch. Specified I wanted covers with elastic otherwise they wouldn’t stay put. They placed the ‘right items’ in the shopping cart for me and I placed order. They said if they don’t work out I can easily return in 30 days. Then I waited.
The shipping was about 6 weeks. When I finally received the covers (from China) they were not the ones w/ elastic and they therefore don’t work. I went around and around with them about making the return. And they screenshot a little footnote on the return that’s buried on their site saying can’t return unless product is damaged. Where in the world can’t you return something today that is not what you ordered?! I’m so mad. I spent so much time communicating back and forth and no resolution. Beware of this disreputable company. I will be posting this everywhere so no one else has this happen.

Regarding the shipping origin, this was one of the rare occasions when an order was shipped from our Asia warehouse, as our US and EU warehouses were temporarily out of stock at that time. Similar to how companies like Apple operate warehouses in Asia to optimize logistics and cost efficiency, we sometimes fulfill orders from there when necessary. However, all of our facilities follow the same strict quality control procedures, ensuring that every product meets the same high standard regardless of where it is shipped from.

We believe there may be a misunderstanding, since our team never sends items different from what was ordered or requested. If it turns out there was any issue on our side, we will address it seriously and provide an appropriate solution.

Best covers

I’ve bought a bunch of sofa covers before but honestly none of them compare to this Herringbone one. The fabric feels super nice, soft but strong, stitching is solid and it actually fits my sofa perfectly (which never happens lol). I ordered on Sept 20 and got it by Sept 30, way faster than I thought. Had a small question about washing it and customer service replied so quick and super friendly. Overall just a really good experience, way better than I expected tbh.

Scam

My complaint is related to customer service and shipping communication. I placed an order and did not received any shipping communication for over a month. At this time I reached out to them to ask for a cancellation. They confirmed the delay, but at NO time had they proactively reached out to let me know my product would be delayed. They then promised to refund my order if it did not ship by the next week, no questions asked. When it did not ship in the next week I again asked for a refund and was denied despite their previous promise. The cover showed up two weeks later but I had to find a couch cover solution by that point and now they are denying me a return. At every correspondence they have told me about what a small company they are and all this has done is turn me away from small companies if this is the type of customer service received. Again, the lack of initial communication and then straight up lies about a refund is really the most frustrating part.

Editing to note: they’ve replied to my review and once again stated what a small company they are but have not responded directly to the lack of communication (a full month without telling me of delays and I had to reach out for information), followed by lies. IF they cared about customers I would be offered a refund. IF these were extenuating circumstances they could have communicated that instead of forcing the customer to ask what’s going on. Go elsewhere for your couch cover needs.
