This is my second purchase. On my first purchase there was a delay in shipping and the team online were very quick to help and resolve the issue. When the product came it did not fit the cab of the truck, because I had entered the wrong information on the order. After being contacted they offered a 20% discount if we kept the first cover and then could reorder the second cover. Now we have a cover for a boat trailer and a second cover coming for the truck. The team is outstanding and the product is superior!

They acknowledged the missing physical instructions, emailed over the installation guide, and provided a 50% refund ($80.78) so my son could keep the cover. They also noted they are looking into including physical instructions with deliveries moving forward.
