A few months ago I ordered masks from this company- they came very late but satisfied with quality and price. When I needed more masks I went back to the company and made two separate orders combined over 100 dollars. A month later I was still waiting. The first order ( 55$) never arrived. Then I was notified that they were delivered Nov 27th. I never received them. First I was told that they were delivered too the house then told a day latter that they went to my mail box. I was told they took no responsibility for the missing masks and that I should "walk around the area that I lived and ask my neighbors if they received my masks." I cancelled the second order that was weeks overdue as well.

Placed an order for 3M masks on Sept. 28, 2020.
Got run around from the company for one month but never received the order so on Oct. 28, 2020 I canceled the order. They only partially refunded my money. Still waiting.
Stay away from this company.

I ordered KN95 masks from this company and received fake masks. Received masks with no FDA required markings on them. Were not even stamped KN95 as required. Also ordered surgical grade masks and received dust masks. Ordered gloves that I never received. Contacted the company and kept getting email that said they had to research the problem but never did anything.This went on for two months. I received nothing but fake product and no product from this company

CovCare was a bit slow with their mask delivery( of course everybody wants a good mask and they want it now!). But they were so GREAT with communicating to me the delay and when I could expect delivery. They answered my inquiring emails immediately and sent me 2!!! emails when they shipped. Best experience with a big company I’ve ever had!!!! Wonderful staff!

I ordered face masks over two weeks ago. They told me they shipped on Oct. 21st yet nothing has arrived. They gave me a tracking number and it shows nothing was shipped via UPS or USPS. I have called and emailed with no results. I'm told each time they'll get back to me, and they never do. This is a total scam company. I'll be reporting them and asking my bank to reverse the charge for the item I haven't received.

Awful and unsanitary! I purposely ordered in amounts that corresponding to the manufacturer's packaging. They open the packaging and mail it without boxes which is the most unsanitary thing in the middle of a pandemic!! There is no way to verify if these N95 masks are real. Customer service also is awful, they give you the run-around if you are not there to place an order. If you are ordering, you are helped right away. AND all my orders came > 6 weeks from ordering (about 1 month more than what they claim). If you inquire about it, they send you a generic email saying it will be shipped shortly instead of actually addressing each concern individually. Sketchy company if you ask me!

Richard David helped me with my order of N 95 Masks... He was excellent... courteous, knowledgeable, and solved my issue in less than 6 minutes - followed up with a shipping confirmation and an email.... I would - because of Richard David return to Covcare

Horrible service department. Masks were to arrive 2 weeks ago and no one really gets back with you even though they say they will
And now the emails come back as unable to send.
My next stop is the Better Business Bureau

I buy all of my KN95masks from COVCARE, because they’re simply the best! The absolute best quality, and the prices are very competitive! The staff is fantastic, and extremely helpful. Turn-around times are great! Orders are processed, very quickly, and delivery times are exceptionally fast! They have a huge inventory, so there’s no time spent waiting! I love this company! Very friendly+ personable! They will treat you right, and keep you very well protected!

My order was placed September 4, 2020. The money was taken out of my bank account 2 days later. Today is October 26th 2020. I have only received 200 of my 400 glove order. I am missing 200 extra large gloves. I paid from an expedited order. Would you PLEASE just ship me the rest of my glove order.

I bought the CE Certified, Disposable 3-Ply Surgical Civil Face Masks. I can feel my breath through the mask. It may be useful for other things, but makes me nervous to wear as something to protect from covid-19. I have bought other masks with similar descriptions and not had the same experience. Maybe I just bought the wrong kind?

Ordered N95 mask for upcoming flight. Paid extra to be delivered in 5 days. The day before my trip.They came in 15 days after ordering them. I told my wife not to accept them when or if they do come. Covcare said they will not refund me the full amount if returned, as I requested. They finally said they would refund me 25%, have yet done so. Masks seem cheap, delivered in a zip lock bag, inside plastic delivery bag, so yes they are crushed. They have only refunded what I paid extra to be delivered early. The three mask cost over 30.00 with early delivery. I WILL NOT DEAL WITH COVECARE AGAIN.

SCAM! We ordered N95 masks and they sent us an off-brand of KN95! Not even an off-brand of the N95 (not like that’s any better), how ridiculous! We have multiple doctors in our household and they even thought this could’ve been a legitimate company. I’ve read so much about them doing this to many customers, but we took a chance and got completely ripped off. I think they delete negative reviews from their website so I’m posting this everywhere else. Better off buying a 3D printed mask from Etsy, they seal and you can just use any N95-99 filter you have without the entire mask. Stay safe and don’t order from Covcare.

I have ordered from Cov Care twice now. Had a delay in delivery on first order, but PPE was hard to get at that time. Second order Oct. 2020 received delivery quickly. Product is high quality and comfortable. KN95. I'm an RN in an acute care hospital and I am able to wear the KN95 from 8 to 9 hours a day comfortably and confident in protection.

This company is a scam. They just stole my credit card after I made a purchase on their website, and made over $1000 of unauthorized purchases on other medical company websites.

I ordered masks and paid for fed ex shipping...I was supposed to get them in 2 days for this shipping service but didn't get them until a month later. I returned them and have not gotten a refund, any customer service or anything. This company is a complete SCAM. There needs to be a class action against them.

I have placed two orders with Covcare and all they do is lie. They tell you they are going to ship you product in a given number of days and they never do. When yo make inquiries, you are told they will get back to you but they never do. This is a company that has no interest in customer care.

I placed an order for N95 masks 6 months ago and they sent gloves instead. Have not yet received a refund, despite multiple calls and emails. Buyer beware.
