We run tennis coaching for all ages and abilities, tennis camps for children during school holidays, and multi-activity hubs with community cafe's in local parks. Since 2004, we have been delivering tennis programmes and holiday camps in clubs, parks and schools, making sure they are accessible, welcoming and - above all - fun! Our tennis coaching programme offers lots of ways to stay in shape, develop new skills and meet others. We understand that juggling work and childcare can be tricky in the holidays, which is why we offer flexible booking options for our camps. You can book by the week or day (up to the morning of camp), so we've got you covered if childcare plans fall through last minute. Every camp day is filled with enjoyable, action-packed tennis activities, drills and matches - everything your child needs to stay entertained all day! All our coaches and camp staff are LTA-accredited, and DBS checked and we maintain a maximum ratio of 8 players per coach ratio so that every player is looked after well and can learn effectively, giving you the peace of mind that you or your child are in the best hands.

Excellent tennis sessions
Highlight of the week! Having not picked up a racket for 20+ years, discovering tennis coaching through Courtside has been a joy. The group sessions are fun, varied and build on our strengths. Our coach, José is excellent; he is full of encouragement and positivity. I would whole heartedly recommend booking a session to try it out - you’ll be hooked before you know it.

Great for beginners!
The coaching I have received so far with Courtside has been excellent. Having only picked up a tennis racket once before, many years ago, I was quite nervous when I signed up. Reuben is a great coach though and I immediately felt at ease thanks to his positive feedback and approachable manner. At the beginners sessions everyone is very friendly, and the session is both fun and challenging. I highly recommend Courtside to anyone who wants to take up tennis as a sport, or even just as a casual way to get outdoors and bat some balls around!

Great coaching, and always positive
As tennis beginners we received great coaching from Laurie - always positive and always helpful, in spite of our inability to even hit the ball, let alone aim it in the right direction. Having completed the term, we can even see improvements in our ability, and can now enjoy booking courts for practice sessions. We will certainly carry on.

Courtside - fabulous coaching and an easy website and great communication.
Courtside is really efficient and friendly. Quick and courteous on email.
The coaching is outstanding and professional - I have learnt a great deal from my coach, José. He is a fantastic mixture of fun and totally precise in his coaching. We are lucky to have him as our coach. If he is away we get really fabulous coaches that come along instead. Thank you.

I absolutely love the beginners tennis…
I absolutely love the beginners tennis coaching sessions at Bury Knowle Park. I’ve not played tennis since school but have always followed the sport. To be able to actually play again is so exciting. Thanks to all the coaches who have patiently encouraged me. I can’t wait for next term!
