Just to be honest, it took about 6 hours to receive a response from an agent after submitting my request because the app is fairly new and I'm sure they're bombarded with requests, but MY "ISSUE"which was a fault of my own, was handled with quickness and the upmost professionalism. Excellent App!!!
This is a great app, works exactly how it says, lots of cool promotions,...when it came time to redeem my rewards i had an issue with my identity verification,...but i reached out in the help chat and my issue was resolved my 2 human agents,..Marcus and Susan,...and my identity was verified and my redemption money was on my debit card 30 minutes later,...same or better odds then any other sportsbook,...profit boost coins and rewards,...cant say enough good things about this app!!!

Honestly legit review from new user...
I've been using Courtside for just a few days and at first I was hesitant because it's relatively new but honestly I've used pretty much every single betting app and within the last 2 days I have made hundreds, and you can cash out withdrawal as many times as you want per day and it takes about 3 hours to hit my account and I send it to my debit card but they also offer bank transfers.
