I was interested of some course on this website and I found all information what I needed, however to get this information I had to put some of my data (phone number and email). From this moment I started receive plenty of reminders and questions how is my experience with this website, asking for write review, describe if I am happy with service etc. I didn’t start any course yet and honestly, after all of this harassment from the website I am no longer interested of any course.
With all my responsibilities I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS WEBSITE AT ALL.

Don’t waste your time
Used this site as it showed a course I was interested in once I’d filled in my details the course I was interested in wasn’t there so a waste of time taking 10/15 minutes filling out all my information

Should ensure that their partners are up to par
This is not directly related to coursesonline.co.uk but to one of their course partners. coursesonline.co.uk should ensure that the quality of the services that they promote is up to par.
I selected a course from PCW Courses Ltd and I received an appalling customer service. I registered my interest in one of their courses. After a while I get a call from them stating that I have received an email with the details, I told them I had no emails, and the lady proceeded to give me a condescending speech on why I should look at my emails.
They lack professionalism and the 101 knowledge on how to sell a course.
This experience has deterred me from taking any courses with them,

I thought this was somewhere where you could look at course options, turns out they just pick the course for you and get the people selling it to pester you.

Received the materials fairly quickly. However, the phone call to introduce explain how the course works etc., never came despite 3 attempts to get a call back. Very poor support from the start so cancelled the course as no help forthcoming and 1st assessment due!

The course providers were very quick to get back to me with my enquiry. I am sure that you can learn the basics of counselling here, however their qualification is not recognised by any government employers. Of course you can set up in pp but anyone can do that with a swimming badge. Approach with caution if you are looking for a recognised qualification.
