Sughara was very helpful dealing with my claim excellent customer service

My phone call was answered promptly and Matthew was extremely helpful with my query and was very professional and explained to myself all I need to know great mannerisms to myself and my questions knew how he could help me and sorted it out promptly never had any problems with this interaction

Matthew was very helpful and polite when I called today, and was able to explain where i was in the claims process

Spoken with Sughara this afternoon, she was very friendly and explained the process and where is is at very clearly making it easy to understand
