In my opinion, rather than having to choose a part of the country to seek accommodation in, it would be better to have a UK map showing all hotels.

Have a £500 voucher to use and wanted to book Eshott Hall over the Easter weekend. Needed to also book single room for our teenager and to know if we could take the dog with us. Spoke to customer service who needed to speak with the hotel directly. It took a week and a half for them to come back to me with rates which were almost double the original price as the original rooms were no longer available - (given a week and a half had passed). I had to ring them FOUR times to chase my booking and the reason they gave for their delay was the hotel was just not getting back to them. I think this shows they don't have a very good relationship with the hotel and doesn't show Eshott Hall Reservations Team in a good light either. They offered to look at different dates but it was important that it was Easter weekend, plus had they come back earlier the original deal would have been affordable. It was a waste of my time and if I didn't have a voucher I would not choose to book with this company.

I was looking to book a spa break fir my partners 60th birthday. I found the info on this site well set out, easy to use ( I am not great with computers) and easy to book.
However the computer ( or me!) Made a mistake with the dates I wanted so I emailed the site explaining this and asking what to do - but by the time they had emailed me back - approx 7 mins later I had already found out how to do it on the site.
I was very impressed with how easy the amending process was and especially how quickly they had gotten back to me. I then emailed them asking about booking treatments and again was emailed with the info super fast. I sent a message saying how impressed I was and received a loverly reply.
They are now going to be my go-to site for these type of breaks.

Found exactly the hotel and time I wanted and the booking and confirmation process was very straightforward and fast. Excellent value for money compared to other sites for the same hotel.

After I had made my reservation I received a phone call from company with a question about my request to the hotel. I was most impressed by this.

Was unwilling to extend the expiry of a £350 voucher (missed deadline by a few days). Admittedly the fault was mine that the voucher was not used before the initial expiry date, but a pretty disappointing position from a customer relations perspective.

Very simple and easy to follow booking process. Options were clear and information was succinct.

Good transparent process- easy to navigate. Exceptionally helpful with special requests. Great booking service.

Clear website and fast and efficient booking

Hotel couldn’t provide the room level we booked. Rather than just sending an email CHB called me directly and explained what happened. Lovely person sorted out the next level room and quickly organized a refund of the difference.

Never used this website before but will definitely return. Easy to use, information clear, have had no issue thus far.
