I wanted to book a Junior Suite at Luton Hoo. Mary and Paula at Country Hotel Breaks were very helpful in looking at the nuances of sorting out the detail and booking.

Booking was quick and easy. Booked dinner time but upon arrival booking not there.

No problems easy process. Good choice of accommodation.

A very well appointed Inn with excellent rooms and a lovely restaurant/bar. Breakfast was delicious and prepared based on your choices. Additional items such as cereals, juices provided as well.

The site was designed to be user friendly, giving the customer an easy chhoice of area, facilities and cost.

The booking team were very helpful, understanding our requirements / preferences, sourcing the best offers and packages. Very happy.

The location, you can go for a run into countryside without driving or walk into a town.
The menu and good foods and dining service.
The size, layout and linen of the bedroom
The other spaces you could break out into and find plenty of privacy and quiet if required, which we did!
Having a gym and swimming pool with safety access code
The information before arrival and the availability of service during the day
The sense of peace and hospitality during the stay

It was OK, a bit disjointed but it does the job

We stayed at the Atholl Palace, near Pitlochry, it was magnificent! The room was fab, the food was wonderful and the restaurant staff were second to none!

I had cancelled a booking and wanted to use my voucher credit for another hotel. I rang to organise this and Kirsty could not have been more helpful and friendly. In fact this one one of the best customer experiences I’ve had for a very long time!

I recently reserved a weekend away for the end of august after 15 yrs of not being able to go away. I double booked a weekend and also fallen short of my salary (my fault for not checking until I realised after) I have emailed your reservation to cancel and get a full refund within a matter of a day. However I received an email claiming your company is holding back 25%off the full payment which I believe that that wouldn’t happen. I have relayed back via email to reservations and waiting to hear back on gaining my full refund
