Dress is impossible to figure out and put on. Material is thin. Customer service was horrible and refused to give a refund.

Ordered a dress, paid an already eye-watering shipping fee, and only after the money was taken did I discover this ships from the UK. DHL then showed up with an extra $40 CAD in customs and brokerage fees - something Coucoo buried in a "shipping policy" link rather than disclosing clearly at checkout, despite displaying prices in CAD.

When I contacted them, the response was a copy-paste about how "as the customer you are responsible for customs/duties." Thanks. What they neglected to explain is that they actively cover duties and taxes for US customers, so they know exactly what they're doing - they've just decided Canadian buyers can absorb the surprise on delivery.

Their returns policy is the cherry on top: no free returns, original shipping not refunded, and you lose whatever you paid to DHL on arrival too. Triple hit if anything is wrong with the item - and judging by literally every other review on this page, something usually is.

1.7 stars on Trustpilot from 17 reviews, all of them 1-star. That's not bad luck. That's a business model.

Extremely disappointing experience with Coucoo.

I’ve ordered from Coucoo many times without issue, but the moment something went wrong, there was zero help or understanding. I paid for an order that I never received, and instead of support, I was spoken to disrespectfully by Lynne, who told me “drivers are not psychics”, “you cannot have this both ways”, and then said they could “no longer help”.

No empathy, no effort to resolve the issue, and no care that I was left out of pocket and inconvenienced. If this is how they treat loyal customers when there’s a problem, I would strongly advise thinking twice before ordering.

Sent an item that looks completely different in colour from the websites and the owners have no care in the world, awful customer service, no acknowledgement even after I have provided photos showing the difference and just told to return via the portal therefore losing out on their return and shipping fees even though the product is not as advertised. Quality is awful as well, £95 for a dress so thin it’s practically see through.

Awful company, awful policies, awful customer service. Offer store credit rather than a refund and then only give you 30 days to spend it, not compliant with uk laws. Returned the item because the quality was terrible, stay away!!!

Ordered two dresses they sent wrong size but wouldn’t answer my request for correct size to be sent

They don’t even deserve 1 star, but I had products from them before so ordered similar set and trousers were 10cm shorter. Quality was absolutely shocking, it was sales item so I wasted £20 on deliveries and still haven’t got my money back. They only offer store credit. Biggest scum and scam out there. Don’t buy anything from them if you don’t want to be robbed and disappointed. Pictures are so misleading, products are rubbish and sizing is out!

Been waiting for a perfume since 29th March, keep being told 7 more days, it's in transit, my email has been replied to. Never again. AVOID. I'm not paying for something I haven't received.

Terrible company! Ordered a pair of bootcut jeans - looked amazing in the advert. Received a totally different pair of ‘jeans’ Wrong colour wrong size wrong shape cheap material. Cannot get hold of customer service. AVOID!!!!

If I could give minus score I would. Bought a pair of jeans. Nothing like advertised. Didn't even have a buttonhole so couldn't fasten them even if I'd wanted to wear them. Customer service answer to that was 'cut a hole with a pair of scissors'

My item was faulty, messaged them for help and because I had removed the tags, I’m neurospicy so the texture of the tags on my skin was irritating when trying them on (maybe research into this and move the tags?) even with this information They didn’t do anything - worst customer service and I won’t be using them again because why is your stitching so bad? The clasps are also cheaply done and the bodysuits are too short - Do not buy from them!!!!

Qualify is cheap and terrible, ignores customer emails and I paid high prices for these items that are just as cheap as PLT. A disgrace of a company run by a bunch of lame influencer nobody’s. Really thought they would create a brand that is actually good and not try and con their followers. SAVE YOUR MONEY. DO NOT BUY.

Quality is terrible. Worn a leather top and first wear a piece just came off? Ive emailed them weeks ago and had to chase after them for a response and they said because it’s worn they can’t offer anything?? So you pay a lot of money for terrible quality, and awful customer service. Stay far away!!

Awful customer service. Sizing is off - ordered from there a few times quality is bad for the price of the items. Purchased a dress in the sale sizing was so bad couldn’t even get it on, I have another dress I’ve previously ordered the same size that fits fine. Return was approved due to the sizing being ridiculously small, couldn’t get the dress past my shoulders. When they received my return they sent it back to me with an email completely ignoring the issue saying they wouldn’t be accepting a return anymore as it was in the sale and would be sending the item back to me? I said I would be happy with an exchange they ignored me. Literally left with a dress I can’t get on??

AVOID THIS COMPANY. I purchased two items on 26th March (top and bottoms) for wear for an event. After the first wear I noticed the seem was becoming loose on the crotch area of the bottoms which meant that I was unable to wear again for obvious reasons. I reached out to the company on 3rd May requesting a replacement (not refund) because I genuinely liked the bottoms and trusted that this may be a one off faulty pair. Coucoo refused to replace or refund me for the faulty items because according to them, they left the factory in pristine condition. I made clear my rights to a replacement as the item is not durable or fit for purpose and they are still refusing to cooperate. For £65 I would expect a pair of bottoms to last me more than 1 month!

Do not buy from this company, they do not care about their customers and are happy to send out items that are not fit for purpose.

SCAM - Avoid shopping at this store!

Their customer service is terrible, the clothes are overpriced yet poorly made, and their size guide is utterly unreliable.

The cheapest quality clothes!!! and none of the products fit the size guide. I ordered few clothes and majority of them look like the fabric was cut with scissors before shipment.

I am always an extra small and i ordered a small - i did not even fit in any of the clothes...it's serving aliexpress vibes. I emailed the company and informed them of the disappointment, and they didn't do anything It's a horrible company, and I truly feel scammed. Lost $65 just to shipping.

Don't believe their instagram!! It doesn't look the same in person. No wonder they don't allow reviews on their website, no one would order from there.

Save your money, you can get better clothes at Amazon...

Terrible company, do not respond to emails, offered a refund for a faulty item then received the item and said they can only send out a replacement. Yet to receive my refund or replacement and now £138 out of pocket. SCAM DO NOT ORDER.
