## **Wholesale Payment Made, Communication Stopped After Funds Were Received**

We contacted Cotton Mouth Lozenges through the contact form on their official website regarding a wholesale purchasing opportunity. After several weeks of email discussions about wholesale orders, Amazon Brand Registry access, and account setup, we were provided with distributor pricing, asked to submit our reseller certificate, and given payment instructions.

Based on these communications, we proceeded with payment in good faith. After the payment was made, the company confirmed receipt of the funds and assured us that the invoice, Letter of Authorization (LOA), Brand Registry access, and other required documents would be sent shortly.

However, after confirming receipt of our payment, communication stopped. Despite multiple follow-up emails and voicemail messages, we received no meaningful response.

As of today, we have not received the promised documentation, services, or order updates. We have opened a dispute with Wise and filed a complaint with the FBI's Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3).

We are sharing our experience so other businesses conducting wholesale transactions can exercise caution and perform thorough due diligence before sending funds.

I had contacted with them on their official email regarding their products, they replied and asked to do first payment then they will issue LOA and paid invoice, I did payment of 1770$, after payment they give me invoice which was with lot of defects which amazon rejected, I asked them to update, after repeating follow-up they say we are updating and will share with but today is 20 May 2026, I didn't get updated LOA and Paid invoice, and now they are not even giving reply as well, I would say that pleaee avoid doing any payment to prevent from fraudulent payment..
