Availability for booking was better than expected and the follow-up report and call from Guy was very thorough, gave me a lot of confidence as a first time buyer who didn't have much knowledge of what to look out for on a property purchase. Easily arranged, surveyor turned up when she said she would, did a thorough job and was prepared to discuss with me, and most importantly, unlike other surveyors, the company didn't insist on payment BEFORE the job. The report was completed in 2 days too.

I had recently moved to the area and wanted a surveying service for a house purchase. Cotswold Surveyors responded swiftly, professionally and were able to provide me with a survey report that met my needs. Their surveyor phoned me straight after the survey to give me the main points, which I found very helpful, and then the final report came straight after payment. Well worth the money as I have been able to raise some questions with my solicitor as a result. I would definitely use them again.
