Worst experience I have ever had in my…

Worst experience I have ever had in my life still very very upset and won’t recommend this horrible company I had windows and doors installed today . The workers was very disrespectful had bad attitude and was very aggressive I was violated in my own home fir stioid windows and doors they look cheap and bad quality they kept shouting at me and making me feel very uncomfortable in my own home. I told them to please cover his shoes he constantly ignored me walking around my house in big heavy dirty boots ruined my new carpet left a lot of mess outside my house and inside he made me break my tv stand as he was shouting at me and my son telling us to push it towards the door and was very rude and aggressive saying this we picked up the tv stand and unfortunately it broke .my whole day was a big mess I was crying as I was very overwhelmed and distress they didn’t fix my Toliet window and covered it with a wooden board didn’t explain to me why I had to ask them very unprofessional and rude company I’m very disappointed and frustrated if I could change the time I wouldn’t get new windows and doors from this company as it’s caused me a great deal of damage and distress I’m left with a dirty new carpet and very poor mental health thanks a lot for treating me badly not having any respect in my home .or for me disgraceful and disgusting behaviour stay away from this company I’m very upset and sadden by how I was treated this company needs to be reported I was shouted at and abused was very violated by these people I’m still very upset and crying as I can’t believe how I was treated by this nasty company sett evil people devils in work men clothes avoid avoid I might contract the police as I’m very saddened and want something done

Deceitful, Aggresive, Rude, Unprofessional & More !

These are the FACTS (not opinion) I've discovered about this awful disgusting company :

My local council contracted these people to replace all windows and doors in my home - I told the council i'm not letting them into my home as they couldnt confirm whether or not they held valid public liability insurance - thats because this company doesnt employ any window fitters directly.

Their website does not reflect anything what they are actually like and do - 99% of the info / guff is false.

They use foriegn sub-contractors that cant speak English for all their work - not apprentices like they claim on their website.
Are these people trained? paying tax? legal to work in the UK?
How are you supposed to communicate with them when they are inside your home carrying out important works? There is a safety risk and concern when workers cannot communicate properly.

When the surveyor visited (a heavy set ginger haired man that sweats a lot) wrote on his worksheet that I needed scaffholding - then the boss that has never seen my house rang before the install and said "I'm not paying for scaffholding" (too tight to spend necessary money for the job) - so the installers must be able to defy gravity and float up and fit my bathroom window that has no access for ladders below???! After the boss said that, I decided not to let them in my home as they showed they are incompetent before even starting..I said this to my local council and they agreed.

My local council sent me a letter saying during the window replacements cosyseal will be implementing a welfare site (for toilets etc) - cosyseal did not provide a welfare site - it was a lie, and I suppose they expected local residents to supply their workers with welfare services...ie: use their toilets etc..not acceptable when they promised a walfare site - but thats cosyseal: they will cut corners and costs everywhere they can.
After contacting the council about the welfare site they said they have welfare vans - another lie as every van I looked in when the van doors were open had no toilets or sinks in !

They said it will take 2 days to complete a whole house for window and door replacements - I witnessed the subcontractors taking advantage of an elderly neighbour and took only half a day to do the whole house as they didnt even use ladders - instead they took all the upstairs windows through my neigbours house bashing things about and even used her bed as a workbench to cut trims !!!! Corner cutting and rushing the job as I suspect they get paid per job and not by the hour.
In my neighbours front door trim I noticed that only 2 of 9 screws were screwed into the wall straight..the others were wonky and at an angle - its because they rushed and didnt bother to take time and pride in the work they were doing.

During another neighbours install cosyseal blocked my driveway with window frames, trims and rubbish bins. I couldnt get my car off the drive and when I asked them to move all the stuff they didnt understand me. In the end they moved it and although I told them they cant block driveways, on my return home they did exactly that ! They are incompetent morons !
I need access to my drive as I have a disabled son and the rule of the highway code states you must not block the entrace to a property.
But this is what cosyseal do - they dont understand laws, rules and regulations...like blocking a public footpath aswell..which they did all the time and on every job they did.
On the second day they blocked the drive again, I asked a neighbour to ask the installers to stop blocking it and the installer threatened to punch him and falsely called him 'racist' because he explained the rules of the road to the installer.
The police were called and made the installer to unblock the drive and move their van.
When the police were in attandence the installer was shouting and threatening the police aswell - this shows the level of customer service and quality provided by cosyseal - nothing like what they say on their misleading website.

I witnessed one worker spitting and snotting in a neighbours garden..if they treat the outside space like that..god knows what they were doing inside !

My son and I also witnessed and recorded the surveyor discussing my refusal of the window installation to one of my neighbours which is a breach of GDPR laws. So I emailed the owner of cosyseal 'Dipak Patel' about this and he was very rude and instantly denied it without even investigating his employees actions.
So I made a complaint with the ICO (information commissioners office).

After witnessing all the above I have contacted my council and they have agreed to use a local window fitting company to fit my windows ...mainly because of all the residents complaints about incompetent cosyseal.

Further to initial communications today I had my lock assessed by cozyseal technician Mr Vivas has to be recommended for time keeping, cooperative, knowledgeable, professional, polite and friendly. Horrible horrible company

Disgusting company, unfortunately used by my housing association for repairs. I would give -100 stars if I could.
Cosyseal have an office in India to make the appointments, staffed by a most rude, lying, aggressive woman who only cares about targets. I requested the survey visit for a few weeks ahead, explaining that my dad had just died and I was away a lot supporting family and organising his funeral. She didn't like this, because "We need to meet the targets of the housing", but I insisted. The same woman then called me several times when I was on my way to dad's burial and when I called her back, TOLD ME OFF for not rescheduling for sooner (for their targets). The woman LIED and said "You said you would call me once you knew your availability" (ie to bring the appointment forward once I knew the date of the funeral). I had said no such thing. She didn't give a damn that I was literally ON ROUTE to my father's funeral, and was so aggressive and absolutely foul. I told her I'd had to pull off the motorway because her repeated calls meant I thought it was the funeral director and something was wrong, but this vile creature couldn't have cared less, only about herself. Didn't apologise, and blithely carried on pressuring me to bring forward the appointment, despite my refusal, until I lost my rag with her, sat in a carpark on the M4, getting late to bury my DAD.
Next, the useless surveyor they sent confidently told me my window has sash cords, which I knew it doesn't, as I was there when it was installed. I had to spoon-feed him about what was wrong with it, because he was too poorly trained to work it out. It's a sliding window, nothing complex, but too difficult for him it seemed, despite that his entire job is looking at windows. This was proved when repair men then arrived with the wrong part. A third appointment was scheduled at one day's notice, under pressure to suit madame in India again, and no one turned up. So that's 3 days off work for me, for Cosyseal to achieve precisely NOTHING, except cause great stress and offence.
I finally refused any more dealings with this bunch of shysters and insisted my housing association send a different company.
Cosyseal are classic COWBOYS: utter BULLIES and completely INCOMPETENT. Check out their website (link above) for their lying PR about adding 'social value', if you want to make yourself retch at the shameless hypocrisy. Why housing associations have been taken in by this company is beyond me.

NOT RECOMMENDED

They installed new windows in my home a while back, and ever since, my home has become exponentially hotter in the summer and dramatically colder in the winter, in every room.
I have no idea what kind of glass they used, but it can't be that great.
With my old windows, in the summer, I could stand up close and look out without feeling much heat emitting through. However, with these new windows, even when standing at a full arm's length away, the heat radiating through is immense. It feels like your face is pressed against a frying pan.

Additionally, I can now hear way more noise from outside, as if the windows aren't even closed. They are completely inferior to my old windows in every way. I would not recommend them

EDIT: Here is copy pasted reply from Cosyseal on google reviews:

"The speficiation of your windows was set and paid for by your housing association. They are responsible for the speficifacations. We have installed the wibdows to spec and fensa guidelines. If you are unhappy with any aspect it would be usefull to contact the housing association in first instance for a resolution.
We will be happy to act upon any instruction given by them"

They neither defend nor address the concerns raised, whether regarding the quality of their product or their workmanship. Instead, they attempt to deflect blame, a response that lacks accountability or any real genuine concern. It's akin to saying, 'Well, your landlord ordered the food, so it's not our fault it's poor quality.'
While I'm sure securing another order may benefit their bottom line, it does nothing to improve the quality of their product. This lack of accountability speaks volumes.
My decades-old windows outperformed these new ones. It's perplexing—we live in a world with 30+ years of vast technological advancements and innovation, yet they still manage to produce an inferior product.
Ponder that for a moment before ordering...
From the beginning I was against using cosyseal, and offered the landlord an alternative company and said I would pay half, they refused. You know how some associations are, they like to contract the cheapest of the cheap they can find.

Excellent Service - Highly Recommend

The customer service I received was excellent from start to finish. They were so polite, turned up at short notice and on time and were fast to fix my window to a high standard. I’m very happy with the service received and would not hesitate to recommend Cosyseal to others. If I ever have any issues again, I will definitely contact Cosyseal.

Terrible!

My Landlord has paid cosyseal to order parts for two of my windows which are damaged. The first time they sent colleagues, they took photos of the windows to order the parts that they needed. The second time (a couple of months later), they were supposed to come with the parts that they ordered and finally fix the windows. However, they came over saying that they didn’t have the correct parts and gave me some lame excuses, which just meant that I’d have to wait another 2 months for the right parts to arrive and to get an appointment. I waited and waited and when they finally arrived the third time, they arrived with the parts for two of the windows that needed to be fixed. The colleague then said that because one of the windows appears to look okay from the outside, despite its parts still being broken and it not being able to lock, he doesn’t need to change the parts and so he will only fix one window. So he decided after 9 months of me waiting for both windows to be fixed, that he only wanted to do half of the job that he was supposed to, although I kindly requested him to fix the second window since he has all the parts with him and since my landlord is paying for this, but he was adamant not to! Customer service kept promising in the past to contact me for appointments and now they promise to speak to the colleague and call me for an update about whether or not they will send new colleagues to fix the second window. However, in the past I have been the one doing the chasing and calling them for everything, so I do not really expect much of a response from them. I do not recommend anyone to use this company at all.
