Extremely disappointed with this product. It is difficult to both fill and empty without the covering becoming wet. It is also difficult to hold safely because the covering doesn’t fold back neatly to give sufficient grip. How you are supposed to clean/wash the cover is a total mystery. If I could work out how to send it back and get a refund I would do so.

Gorgeous hot water bottles and good tips!

I couldn’t decide which hot water bottle to get, so I opted for the Triple Teddy Set 😂. They’ve been perfect for our campervan trips, they're soft, cosy, and long-lasting warmth. Highly recommend!

Love this hot water bottle. Easy to fill and the cover material is perfect for snuggling into.

Bought a new Hot Water Bottle for my Granddaughter. Impressed with the product , outer covering is great and holds the heat. The extended collar at the opening is a good feature. Absolutely no complaints from my Granddaughter

Easy to order and kept me informed with delivery .. Help advice was sent regarding the bottle cover for filling the hot water bottle.. Top marks for attention to detail .. I have bought it as a gift .

I liked the idea of this being a British company and wanted to support it. I had some issues so I reached out to the company after their comment on my original review. My item was replaced, very quickly, customer service was polite and efficient and kept me informed throughout the process, checking in after my item was delivered to make sure the replacement good and to see if my issue was resolved. It was. Many thanks

It was easy to order online and then I was kept updated on delivery

Item arrived well packaged and when stated

The hot water bottle is well made, the stopper good quality, the cover also well made

This hot water bottle stays warm all night and the cover feels nice, so much I bought another one

Have one for my feet and other for lower back

Best hot water bottle I’ve ever tried. It’s still lovely and warm the following morning. Nice choice of sizes and covers.

The hot water bottle is sturdy and fulfilled its role well

Excellent service, very good quality products.

Easy to order from Australia great service and fast
shipping.Water bottles are of very good quality
especially the materials used on the outside.
Have no hesitation in recommending this companies
quality products which are very much appreciated .

The item seems well-made and looks like as advertised

However, I did write to the company about the instructions for filling the hot water bottle as I feel they are misleading and potentially dangerous. This may be due to a translation done by a non native English speaker, I’m not sure.

After two weeks, I have received no acknowledgment or response, which I find disappointing

Edit: On seeing my review above, I have now had a response from CosyPanda who have addressed my feedback. Apparently my first email went to their junk mail.

Ordered a longg hot water bottle. Love it!

Good quality and bamboo cover s cosy. Holds heat very well. Arrived within the sellers time, and was beautifully packaged. Would make a lovely gift

Very pleased with this hot water bottle with its lovely soft cover. The thickness of the fleece makes the hottie a very comfortable temperature; you could even hold it against bare flesh. The thick cover also means the hottie stays warmer for longer than any of my previous hotties. The 2 litre bottle is a generous size making it an idea size for having again my back to help with pain.

I’d read the other positive reviews so I thought I’d give it a try. I was not disappointed, it’s lovely to cosy up to going to bed and stays warm throughout the night. Five stars from me.
