I am a Travel Agent and book a lot of clients to Costa Rica! I use Costa Rica Dream Adventures Every time. They are professional and always give my clients the best experience. Highly recommend using this company for your experience.

I worked with Nadja and Costa Rica Dream Adventures for my client's recent trip, and they said it was one of the best trips they've ever been on! The airline cancelled their departure flight so the clients couldn't get there until the next day, and CRDA was extremely responsive and helpful in getting their transfer moved and alerting the hotel of their new arrival date. They were able to assist with these issues after hours to move things around, and were on top of every detail. Hotel and tours options are fantastic, and service with this company is excellent. As a travel agent I use them for all my Costa Rica clients as the options and service are the best.

We came to Costa Rica Dream Adventures with nothing but a rough budget and a few ideas of what we might like to do. Nadja quickly provided us with a set of itinerary options to choose from, including more beach-oriented, or more nature/hiking oriented. We wanted a bit of both, and she helped put together an amazing package for us. It was our first time going to Costa Rica, so we wanted things well-planned in advance. Hotel selections were excellent, transportation and excursion plans were on point and high-quality. While in Costa Rica, we felt like we had a life-line with local contact Abigail who checked in on us periodically and helped us work through a time change for one of our excursions. We felt like we were in great hands all throughout the process. We appreciated the visitor guide provided and the packing list. Working with Costa Rica Dream Adventures was just an all-around great experience!

Nadja was very prompt with answers to questions. But not all our drivers spoke English as promised. Also, we were told Monteverdi to San Jose was a 3 1/2 hour trip. It ended up being 5 1/2. Two souvenir stops were made. One bathroom stop would have been good. Fondavela Hotel needs spiffing up. Poor night lighting and grounds need more upkeep. Pool bar not open 3 days there and both hot tubs out of service.

This trip to Costa Rica was well organized and a fulfilled adventure. The food and company was also excellent. I'd use this company again. I was extremely satisfied. The activities were great.

We are just back from an incredible trip to Costa Rica, expertly and delightfully planned with Mari on less than six day's notice! Mari did an extraordinary job of listening to and really understanding us and our desires, and then expertly planning the perfect lodging, itinerary and tours (and did this all in one day during high season)! The accommodations were absolutely first rate and every special touch was included. From the moment we landed everything ran like clockwork and seamlessly, starting with a call from our on-the-ground coordinator, Abigail, who was available 24/7 (though we only needed her once and that was just to change a departure time which she managed in 5 minutes)! The teams that they use in Costa Rica are the best - for transportation, lodging, tours and more. We never could have put this trip together so quickly or perfectly without Mari, who on top of everything else, was just plain nice and personable and so, so professional! We highly recommend and will use again for sure!

Poor choice of hotel in La fortuna. Tabacon was abetter hotel and there were many others that were better. The Arenal tour was Ok but we never saw the volcano. I DID SPECIFY THAT I WANTED TO SEE THAT.
The hotel at Manuel Antonio were good. The hotel did not have a beach and access was limited. The fishing trip and catamaran trip were worthless.
Should have gone with someone who knew how to plan a trip.

We had to make several changes to our itinerary. The staff was very nice about helping us and very efficient with their follow through. Everything went smoothly on our vacation. I was relaxed and felt confident that the various transportations would be on time. All the tours and the guides were absolutely excellent!
