Very efficient and honest shopping. Although there was a little delay due to the fact the product was arriving from abroad all the information Cosmoelectrical gave me when I phoned them it was 100% right and correct.
The product has arrived with no problem.

Easy to place order. Confused when package will be shipped?
It was really really easy to place an order and I love and appreciate how simple it was, I just am really confused on the shipping. It said 1-2 working days and I place my order on June 2nd and it is now June 10. I haven't heard anything else regarding shipping I'm not sure if that is just myself reading it wrong but even on the emails sent it says shipping 1-2 working days so I'm not really sure what's going on and I'm worried something is happened to my parcel 😅 24 pounds is quite alot of money for me at and I had to work hard to get it so I would really appreciate being kept in the loop a bit more such as an email when it is being dispatch or an expected arrival date etc. But other than that it was a really enjoyable experience when purchasing 😊

Just so that you don't worry, when you buy a pre-order album, the 1-2 working day free delivery is when the albums arrive from South Korea into one of our UK warehouses. Every pre-order listing gives a guideline date as to when you can expect your album to reach you. Our team and our couriers will email you on the day your album is picked, packed and dispatch so you can track it.
However, please note that if at any point in time you would like an update you can either follow us on our socials (@Cosmo_Hallyu) or send us a chat message (via our messaging service on our main website cosmohallyu.com ) or drop us an email (hallyu@cosmoelectrical.com). We've got a really large and great customer service team who are happy to help, give you updates, or simply to have a good chat over the latest comeback! ^-^
