I went to an event last week and ended…
I went to an event last week and ended up having a really great time. Took me a little while to come out of my shell, but the host was so welcoming. The matches on the app were a perfect icebreaker, it just gives you an instant connection with people.

The event had such good energy
The event had such good energy, I was quite surprised. The app was really fun and added a fun element to the night. It was a good icebreaker!

It was rubbish!
Only 4 men were present for 14 women for a dating event: numbers should be even.
Location of the event/venue, changed and was not of the same standard as the venue we had booked tickets for.
My friend and I stayed for one drink, waiting to see if other men would turn up but this didn't happen. We were told 10 men had booked tickets but didn't turn up - not very likely!
No icebreaker games or anything. Just put in a little upstairs room. It all felt really awkward.
Not worth the money. They refused to give us a refund, only a free ticket for a future event. There is no way I am going to another of their events!

Such a refreshing experience and totally different from anything else out there, which was the best part. The host was relaxed, welcoming, and the event was actually fun. Would definitely go again!

What an Amazing Event !!
This was truly something different. I had a lovely evening and talked to so many people. I brought my friend because I was nervous, but to be honest, we barely saw each other all night. I truly recommend this event and will definitely go again.

The event I was booked to attend was cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice. When I attempted to request a refund, my email to the organiser was returned as undeliverable, leaving no viable method of contact. Subsequent review of publicly available feedback indicates a consistent pattern of similar experiences reported by others. Based on these facts, there are serious concerns regarding the legitimacy of this operation, and I would strongly caution others to conduct thorough due diligence before engaging or making any payments.

This cosmic fusion app is what hosts the love at first sign events. These people change venues and dates to a other dates without much of a notice and expect you to give multiple days’ notice - there are a number of events but no certainty that an event will go through or not and depends on the event take-up. But they are disorganised and don’t let you know much in advance. Clearly they apply different time thresholds to their customers vs what applies to them on changing events dates.
IF YOU CANNOT ATTEND - YOU CAN ONLY BE REBOOKED TO ANOTHER DATE AND NO REFUND IS POSSIBLE AS PER THEIR POLICY.
What a hoax. This is unacceptable and my event changed twice and purely because you book and then you think you are going to attend an event and then it’s changed - it is horrendous. They want to take the money and not have any means or a process to have it returned back to the customer.

As we have stated in our emails to you, we only postpone our events to ensure that our attendees have the best experience possible at an event.
When a venue was closed unexpectedly for refurbishments and you communicated to us that you could not attend as the new venue did not work for you, we happily transferred you as requested and since have tried to provide you with a list of future events for you to pick from to accommodate your work schedule.
We really want to help you and be as accommodating as possible within our Terms and Conditions agreed upon payment and are still awaiting your response for the new event.
We look forward to being able to book you on to a future event of your choice and redeeming your view of us!
