We work with next day delivery for national orders and to better serve our customers we use the DPD, I did the tracking of your order and it says it was delivered to your neighbor on the 8th, probably a notice was left in your letterbox.
"Your parcel has been delivered to your neighbor at 60, and received by BENTON at 15:12 on Thu 08 Sep 2022"
