Instantly, received phone calls from NewYork, NY trying to upsell me. Refused to cancel order. Shipped out really fast to avoid cancelation. Didn't send me a link for return. 177.00 life mistake, but I will try it. If it works I will be a lifetime advocate. If it doesn't, I will be someone's nightmare. Promise that.

It's junk! Ordered 3 bottle package on Oct 3 for $177. Received in a few days and started using exactly as directed. It did absolutely nothing for my tinnitus or hearing after using 2 bottles. The company plays with your desperation to get tinnitus relief.

I'm sure the many things about Cortexi on YouTube are generated by employees because this product is a scam. Don't waste your money it doesn't work on Tinnitus or anything else. I used it as directed and no results!

Basically I need to put this down to a very expensive lesson trawling through stuff on Instagram and/or Facebook with these miracle products and the long story that I obviously decided was legitimate! All the reviews I found at the time were probably generated by the Cortexi people and it is only after ordering and trying the product I realise that I am not the only one who fell for the Snake Oil hype.....

The Good News: I returned my five unused (full) Cortexi bottles, and one empty bottle after the first month. I sent them USPS Express (with Tracking Number), and paid a little extra for a "Signature Required". After the estimated delivery date, I verified receipt on the USPS website. I then called Cortexi. The customer service representative (Tia - very professional and courteous) verified receipt with my USPS Tracking Number and issued a refund to my payment source while I was on the phone with her. I was monitoring my payment source's website and saw the credit hit immediately. I was pleased. That's a five star rating for the return and Tia.

The Bad News: Cortexi did not work at all for my Tennitus. That's a zero star rating for the product.

I averaged these two ratings out to 2 stars overall. I will not bore you with my uneducated opinion regarding the Cortexi product.

Two 'Red-Flag' experiences that I will share with you:
1. The day after I ordered the Cortexi product, I received a telephone call from a guy who identified himself as my "Cortexi Assigned Coach". He had a pitch that he was assigned by Cortexi to make sure I had a good Cortexi experience. He said that for Cortexi to be effective, I basically had to purchase $1,300 of (two) supplemental products to help Cortexi eliminate my Tennitus. (Yes, we discussed the fact that supplemental products were never mentioned by Jonathan Miller in the YouTube ad.) After a lot of back and forth, I did not purchase the supplements (as you should not) and we parted ways. What the heck was that all about......

2. After trying to measure 1ML in the unmarked glass Cortexi eye-dropper, I called Cortexi support to see if I received defective eye-droppers. The representative said to take a full eye-dropper - as did Cortexi founder Jonathan Miller in his YouTube advertisement. I explained to the representative that it is impossible to fill the eye-dropper because the suction bulb is not large enough to suck up that much product into the eye-dropper. Then he told me to take two "good squeezes" of product and that will be "about" 1ML. Seriously? I asked the representative if I could speak with his supervisor. Of course, the supervisor was not available, but would call me right back. That never happened.

It was at this point that I started to realize, I probably made a mistake ordering Cortexi. But, lets go back to the Good News. The whole Cortexi experience only cost me about $40 for USPS to return the product. It could have been a lot worse.

Live and learn.

I bought 6 bottles of Cortexi. It took longer that expected to finish the first bottle. There is no measure with the dropper, so, perhaps I was not taking enough. Each bottle contains 60ml and so should last 60 days but the first bottle lasted closer to 80 days. I conveyed this to the vendor and advised that there had been no improvemnet to my tinnitus. They simply reiterated what I already know; the recommended dose was 1ml and I was clearly taking less. Here we are another month on and I have used a measure to ensure I am taking the recommended dose yet still no change. Even if the initial dosage was wrong I would have expected some improvement, a further month with the correct dose should certainly have seen improvement if the claims were true. Sadly I have to say I think this is a con!

I tried this product for over 90 days, and absolutely NO improvement. I wish I read all the bad reviews before I signed up... I feel scammed.

First of all the product did not work at all for me.
Next they did not honor their 60 day money back guarantee.
We returned the product within 2 weeks of receiving it and trying it and here we are 30 days later and NO REFUND.
Finally received a refund after 45 days or so.

I did finally receive my money back. Thank you. Please make it easier on your customers if they find you product doesn't work for them and they have returned all bottles in the "Guarantee Money Back" window.

I got all of my money back! I used 2 bottles of the product and it did not work for me. I sent the used and unused bottles back by USPS with requiring a signature and also got a tracking number before the 90 day use period was up and started the process of getting the "Guaranteed Refund". It called twice within a week after they received the package and was told I would be contacted both times but that never happened. I had to give them the Order# and tracking number both times so they could verify return so make sure you keep records. I called again today giving them the same information and was told a refund would show up in 7 to 10 business days. Ten minutes after the last phone call my account was credited with the full amount originally charged. I would have given them more stars if the product worked and the refund process only took 1 call.

Do not waste your money!

I was bought Cortexi in the hope my longterm Tinnitus might reduce/improve.
After 4 months of daily usage, my Tinnitus is as loud and obtrusive as ever!
Cortexi clearly does not help me (or anyone else) suffering with Tinnitus.

Save your time and frustration by avoiding Cortexi.

If I could give no stars I would - this is an absolute scam and truly disgusting how these people play on others’ suffering and desperation. The so-called ‘Doctor’ (ha!) Jonathan Miller is a total conman and he and his cronies should pay a price for what they do, since they seem to be only interested in making money at other’s (literal) expense. I guess I should have realised when, in his ludicrous video, he talked about prayers and faith, that this was all nonsense with no basis in medicine whatsoever.

Tried the product for a month without any improvement.
Sent the 2 bottles back that I didn't use 2 weeks ago. It was received and signed for, however no word from them or any refund posted to my card. I only ordered this due to a full refund guarantee.
Will try to find a viable phone to get to someone. Gotta a feeling this money I'm gonna have to eat.
With all the complaints why are these folks still selling this stuff? May put a complaint in with OH and FL attorney generals.

Ok so I have been using this for almost 3 months and I must say that I am very disappointed that I haven’t received any relief from my tinnitus.

I had so much hope for relief and am sadly disappointed. Not surprised but still disappointed.

I researched this product read all the reviews and was so excited and hopeful this would help with this buzz in my ears and the anxiety that comes with it.
I ordered only one bottle as the little voice told me could still be a scam. Product arrived two weeks later to Canada and I opened the box the lone bottle wrapped in bubble wrap and this was it. No information on product no dosage amount. Dropper has no measurements on it so you have no idea how much you are dispensing. Some say twice daily some say once. 1ml which is 20 drops. Given they say one bottle equals one month then twice a day is dosage as bottle is 60 mls.
Going on week 3 no improvement so do I risk more money to take for the six months it’s required for “treatment “ and then fight to have money refunded?
I will also add once I ordered this product the amount of emails I received was unnerving. I’ve unsubscribed too many times to count and they still don’t stop. I attempted to contact the sender directly but it bounced back as an invalid email address and discovered originating Barbados. Disgusting and Frustrating to say the least. Blocking them just sends it to trash they still come.
I concluded this company is not who or what they say given the unprofessional experience I have had.

Don't waste your money. This does not work. I purchased it for my wife who has been taking it for over two months and her condition has not improved at all.

Also, good luck trying to get your money back. For the other reviews I have seen this looks like a scam.

This item has done nothing to help my tinnitus, been using it for 2 months, go eat an apple 🍎 it tastes nicer.

Took Cortexi tinnitus liquid supplement for 60 days as instructed. Does not work! They claim that they will give you refund if it doesn't work and they will not give you a refund.

Been taking this product for nearly a month. No change in my hearing, ringing, tenittus etc.

Going to try and return the snake ouk I believe it is.
