Corsearch "determined" that a listing that I had on an auction site had violated intellectual property rights and had that listing removed. I bought this item at a retailer and never used it, so I decided to sell it 9 years later. There are literally 20+ of this same item listed on the site. For whatever reason, they decided to take mine down. All of the other listings with the exact same product, same UPC, same packaging are still there as of this writing. It took me literally 30 seconds of research to find this exact same item still for same at national retailers and at Amazon. I was able to track down a telephone number for them, however it didn't go well. I was hung up on after explaining my situation and getting the "nothing we can do" speech. Guess he didn't like me asking how to resolve the problem they created, so he hung up on me. Corsearch is a horrible company that is literally taking money out of my pocket with no explanation whatsoever. My next step is to boycott the brands that employ this company.

They just send complaints without having anything to do with the brand. When asked to provide evidence in the dispute (to confirm the representation of the company of the owner of the brand) - they simply stopped the dialog.

The dispute was resolved in our favor, but how many such complaints they send out per day - I have no idea. I hope someone will be willing to spend time on them and sue them for it.

Joseph Cherayath is a fake and fraudulent "attorney" who has taken it on himself to the Internet's chief brownshirt. We are suing him for issuing multiple fraudulent, fake and abusive DMCA takedowns.

What he is doing is illegal and has cost our company well over $10MM.

He will feel the full force of the law very soon.

An extremely shady company. From my research they're either a scam or a very incompetent company.

They mistakenly took down one of our listings and for more than 1 month they haven't answered our multiple attempts to contact them.

They seem to be based in India, but they advertise their address to be in the UK.

Not sure of their legitimacy, as they use multiple emails, not the official @corsearch.com, but others such as @ybrandprotection.com, domain which redirects to corsearch.com and explains about their "acquisition" of this so called business - Yellow Brand Protection.

Their so called "acquired brands" such as Yellow Brand Protection have 1* reviews as well and have multiple social profiles branded for different purposes: shopping & retail, etc. They seem to be made up brands, only to boost their legitimacy & fake image of a "big, trusted business". They put up fake press releases on their website explaining that "they bought these reputable & trusted businesses".

No trusted, legitimate brand acts like this. They claim to have 1000+ employees, but their multiple emails don't have anyone to answer them for 30 days, on such serious cases as IP infringement?

To any brand thinking of working with them, I'd say beware - they are extremely shady and untrustworthy. They will drag your brand in the mud.

To anyone afflicted by them, please don't stop fighting for your rights because of such shady, unethical businesses. Share your experience, unmask them and take them down.

Our experience with Corsearch has been nothing short of a nightmare. The sheer incompetence and lack of professionalism displayed by this company are staggering. Despite complying with their initial request to remove specific content from our site, we have been subjected to a barrage of unfounded allegations and repeated harassment.

Corsearch, acting on behalf of Pragmatic Play, demonstrated an astonishing inability to verify simple facts. They continued to accuse us of hosting content that had been removed promptly and permanently, suggesting a complete lack of technical proficiency. It appears that basic web maintenance tasks, such as clearing browser cookies and cache, are beyond their capability.

Their representative, Joseph Cherayath, epitomized this incompetence. Not only did he fail to acknowledge our compliance, but he also continued to bombard us with baseless claims, showing a remarkable disregard for accuracy and truth. His responses were not only misguided but also reeked of a dismissive and patronizing attitude, further exacerbating an already frustrating situation.

To add insult to injury, when we attempted to clarify and resolve the matter, we were met with automated responses and redirected to incorrect contacts. This runaround only underscores their lack of coordination and respect for their clients.

It is abundantly clear that Corsearch operates with a grossly inefficient and negligent approach. Their actions have caused significant distress and wasted valuable time. We urge any potential clients to steer clear of this company unless they wish to endure similar harassment and incompetence.

Corsearch's inability to perform even the most basic of their duties is a disgrace. Their continuous baseless accusations and failure to properly manage and verify information reflect a severe lack of professionalism and expertise. This experience has left us with a profoundly negative impression of Corsearch and their services.

Avoid Corsearch at all costs. Their ineptitude and relentless harassment make them an unreliable and untrustworthy partner. They need to seriously reevaluate their practices and learn the importance of accuracy, customer service, and technical competence.

They get paid for their dirty tricks by sending fake emails on various networks, which are used to inform you of "infringement".

scammers beware of these tricks, they have got some tricks just to make money by doing scams!

Snakes who take down some etsy listings and leave whole stores that are guilty of the same thing. Can't help but think they are friends with the owners of those shops or even owners themselves because they know they can get away with it.
