Stay away!!!!!!
They’re liars and thieves.
They promised good things but all they’ve do is put your money into their account.
They don’t negotiate with the lenders at all.

I wished somebody told me this before I hired them

LIARS. THIEVES. CHEATS.
and so much more, there isn't enough space here to even describe what a fraud this company is and what liars they are. They will take a ton of your money and they will never return your calls or make any progress on your account whatsoever. You would be better off by far to use a different company or do it yourself compared to the results that they receive for you and every single penny you spend with them as a complete waste of money and time, trust me. There is no question in my mind whatsoever based on other reviews I have read, that they are padding their Google reviews with people they know offering information about their services, I have yet to read a legitimate review of an actual client that had anything positive to say. They will take your money and you will never receive anything for it.

Overall very favorable especially from Michelle and James. The outcome was not what I hoped but it is behind me, and in a much better situation now then before I found them. Miscommunication or Misunderstanding and I take ownership for some in the negotiation process.

Call the collections yourself that's guys are middle men and they suck azz at it because they want their fee.

They lied to me before i signed up with them. I ended up paying much more and much longer. They will never pickup the phone and will never reply the email. Once you sign up with them they will only take money from your account. To get connected with them you have to block the transaction and they will call you. But after completing the program they will leave you wrong numbers and with lots more in debt. And they will never contact you. Stay away.

Business Owners: Please Read Before Trusting This Company

I wish I had read every review and done deeper research before ever signing with this company. This experience has cost me over $20,000 and pushed me into one of the worst financial situations I have ever faced.

I was told that my debt could potentially be significantly reduced and that they had a strong track record of obtaining favorable settlements. I was repeatedly told that my payments were being accumulated so they would have enough money available to negotiate strong settlement terms with creditors.

I trusted that explanation and kept making large payments for over 6 months.

After paying over $20,000, I later requested a breakdown and learned that a large amount of my money had gone toward fees. What made this even worse is that the remaining money that I believed was being accumulated for settlement purposes was not returned to me after I decided not to move forward with the proposed settlement.

The settlement they eventually presented to me was, from my perspective, extremely disappointing because it was very close to the amount of debt I was already trying to resolve. After paying over $20,000 and waiting over 6 months, I did not see the meaningful reduction I believed I was paying for.

Then I was told something that shocked me even more: I was blamed for the result. I was told that because I wanted a settlement after about six months, I was “rushing the process,” and that this was supposedly why the settlement was not more favorable.

So after paying over $20,000:

I was told money was being accumulated for negotiations
I later discovered large amounts had gone to fees
I was presented with a settlement that I felt did not provide meaningful value
I raised concerns and chose not to sign
I requested that at minimum the remaining funds be returned after deducting their fees
I was told I had violated the contract and was denied any refund

To make things worse, communication stopped and I was no longer getting meaningful responses.

I am now hiring legal counsel to review everything and pursue recovery of the money I paid.

Business owners: please ask for every fee in writing, ask exactly how your payments are allocated, ask what happens if you do not accept a settlement, and read every page of the agreement before signing anything. Please do your own research and make your own decision.

I also attached screenshots directly from my communications and payment history so other business owners can see exactly why I am sharing this experience.

I was told to trust the process and wait because they were working on obtaining a favorable outcome.

I later requested a complete breakdown of my payments and was shocked by what I saw. The payment history showed significant recurring program amounts/fees while I believed funds were being accumulated for settlement efforts. After paying over $20,000 and after concerns were raised about the proposed settlement, I still was not refunded remaining funds after I chose not to proceed.

Business owners: please do not blindly trust verbal explanations. Ask for a written breakdown from day one showing exactly where every dollar goes, how much goes to fees, how much goes toward settlement purposes, and what happens if you decline a settlement offer. Look at the screenshots I attached and make your own decision before risking your business and your family’s financial future.

I have asked that they remove my number and not to call me again. Today I have received 8 calls from this company. I am tired of it.

Kalena was very understanding and explained the process thoroughly. Even when explaining there was funds that could not be returned she did it in a kind way.

Initially when I was contacted by CCS was apprehensive because it seemed to good to be true. My rep was explaining how the lenders are paid back but I didn't have to keep paying daily and weekly with 79% interest (104% on one of my MCAs). Made sense until I looked at their reviews, while overwhelmingly positive they had many in there that said scam and rip off. My rep explained these arent real clients, they are the brokers at these loan shark boiler rooms that were trying to discredit them, afterall in my case they were saving me about $27,000 on my settlement. If they save each client that kind of money and more, along with lowering my payments then of course these lenders absolutely hated this company defending the small business owner. Over the course of a year I can't imagine how much they've cut into these ill gotten gains. A year later I've graduated the program and they negotiated even better than it siad in the initial agreements. I'm now debt free, have a legitimate LOC through my bank and can't thank CCS enough for saving my business (and marriage!).  Thank god I didn't pay attention to a few reviews that were obviously revenge from these unethical boiler room operations.  Wake up, trust your gut and stop being a victim.

When dealing with very aggressive merchant service loans. I received a call from this company to help me not only keep my credit up, but also pay my responsibilities. The team from beginning to end communicated and we’re very transparent. I’m very satisfied with my outcome with them and highly recommend their professional services.

Scammers, the phones are not responding, the email also do not deliver.

They are a joke, lost about 7k an have litigation pending due to their negligence. I should have went with my gut on this deal. Find another company

Jessica Wilson was amazing. She called me once a week for updates and everytime I needed to talk to her she answered the phone or got right back to me. She was always helpful, respectful, and took the time to answer my questions. I wish I had an employee like her.

I received a call from a Ben from CCS that immediately sounded like a solicitation call. He stated that he is currently "working with our current lender" and would like to offer a proposal to reduce our payment amount. The longer he spoke, the more obvious it became that it was a solicitor. I asked him not to call me anymore. Not only did he call me back, he called me from a different number that I wouldn't recognize. Super aggressive and annoying.

Never talk with this group - they simply use your information and take money "into an account for your benefit" with monthly fees, and once your account goes into a lawsuit and you threaten to cancel your existing work contract, they all of a sudden want to talk and will communicate but you're over a barrel and negotiations are crap compared to what they could have been...

Goes by many names - never touch anything you can find is connected to them!
