Support never, ever responds; they use an AI assistant, but when the AI can’t resolve an issue, you can never reach a real person.

The speeds provided are very low; when I purchased a 1-day trial, I got speeds around 20 Mbps, but afterward, I never—ever—managed to get above 3 Mbps. I’ve even seen speeds drop below 0.3 Mbps.

As for refunds, they never—ever—respond; they refuse to issue a refund even if the conditions they specify aren’t met.

Terrible experience. I've purchased proxies multiple times and none of them work properly. The biggest issue is that support never responds to fix the problems. I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone.

I have been using Coronium.io since February 14. I purchased their Polish mobile proxies several times, including Play and Orange carriers, because I needed mobile SIM-based proxies with manual IP rotation and dashboard control.

To be fair, at the beginning the service and support were acceptable. Before this situation, they helped me with modem replacements several times, around four times in total, and I had the impression that they were normal and responsible people.

But everything changed around April 21. Their proxies stopped working properly with OLX.pl, which was the main website I needed them for. At the same time, manual IP rotation stopped working correctly. Auto-rotation by timer still worked, but manual rotation on demand became broken. For me this is not a minor feature — it is one of the main reasons I paid for this service.

I contacted support many times. They admitted that rotation was a known platform-level bug and said developers were working on it. However, the issue has still not been properly fixed. The problem has been preventing me from working for more than 10 days.

Support also told me to use a “Restart” button as a workaround, but there is no “Restart” button in my dashboard. I only have Rotate IP, Copy URL, API Reset, VPN, Replace modem, Ping and OS. When I pointed this out, they insisted that the button was “clearly there” and treated Rotate/API Reset as if that solved the issue, even though manual rotation still does not work normally.

The worst part is how support started behaving after the problem appeared. Earlier they were helpful and made modem replacements, but now they delay replies, sometimes for several days, ignore messages, refuse compensation, and simply answer “No refund”. When I continued asking why I should pay for days with broken manual rotation, support even threatened to block me for “spamming”.

I asked for a fair solution: compensation or extension for the days when manual rotation was broken, a working modem, or a partial refund for the affected period. They refused.

In my opinion, this is unacceptable. I paid for a service with manual IP rotation and mobile proxies for Polish websites, but after April 21 the key functionality stopped working, OLX.pl became unusable for me, support became unresponsive, and they refused to compensate the days when the service did not work as advertised.

Been through a bunch of proxy providers and most feel sketchy or inconsistent. This ones solid.... stable sessions, clean dashboard and im not fighting errors all day. Worth it if you value reliabillity

Well i can say it's costly but worth it because you have your personal modem and keep adjusting. Throughout my 24 hours trial i can set my mobile proxy to rotate every 7 hours. This is what we call good service.

Proxy did not work as advertised, and support refused to help with the issue. They do not respond at all. I got scammed $40 from here and hope people can see this review before they consider using this company's proxies. Response to the owners reply: I can show video evidence that proxy's are bad and support is non existent if necessary. Realize how they reply fake review to every negative comment. This company is the fake, please stay away from them Final update to the owner's updated response: First of all I never asked for a refund and only asked for a replacement, which I was not given. Second of all, you choose to call reviewers liars instead of trying to contact them to solve the problem. Only shows the true scam nature of your company. This will be my final update as I don't have time to argue with a childish company such as this.

As for coronium, we have really co-operated for a long time. But in the last half a year we started to receive more and more frequent complaints from employees about proxy work. Support of coronium site, each time promised to fix the problem and that it would not happen again. We believed and renewed proxy ports every month.
When once again we encountered a problem (we had agreed that the proxies would be in London, but in fact they were anywhere but London), we asked for a refund and for the ports to be taken away from us. We were refused, again promising that everything will be fixed, but we have been hearing this for the last half a year. After a long conversation we wrote to honourable coronium that in this case we will write reviews. We believe that potential buyers should know what they may encounter.
After that, honourable coronium started threatening us.

I feel it is necessary to publicise this. People who use proxies are primarily concerned about their anonymity. With coronium, you can forget about anonymity.

After the first reviews, we were offered a 50% refund in exchange for removing the reviews.
