Bosch Advanced GrassCut 36 Strimmer
Had to assemble the unit using brute force to push the two halves of the tube together. No response on pressing the levers to activate the strimmer. 36V Li-ion battery tested and found to be OK. No way of telling whether the electrical contacts are properly engaged or not. What am I supposed to do now?
The video link they sent was useless. After some guesswork I disassembled and re-assembled, rechecking contact alignment and got it to work OK. This is not obvious because you have to twist or rotate the tubes to get them to engage. Why are equipment suppliers never able to provide clear assembly instructions? Otherwise I would give this device 4 or 5 stars.

The best thing to do would be to make contact with our helpful aftersales team who are on hand to deal with issues that arise in relation to products purchased from ourselves! This platform is for service reviews post purchase and is not intended as the place to raise support queries! Leaving a 1 Star review whilst asking for assistance is pretty harsh, our website clearly states the procedure to follow if there is a problem along with a telephone number, email support & live chat is also available.

Faulty battery quickly replaced.
Battery delivered was faulty however Josh at customer services was straight on it and had a replacement out to me very quickly.

Good products, poor delivery
Good products and competitively priced, the order was sent quickly. Only three starts because the delivery was so poor. DHL left the items (£450 of electrical equipment) at the end of a long drive in the rain. They also left it outside the delivery window, so it could easily have been damaged or stolen without us knowing it was there and before we had a chance to bring it in.
