Went to killarney for weekend and went into Cocran's furniture store fell in love with it the layout was fabulous. Loved it so much bought 2 couches and a arm chair very good prices and no charge for delivery to cork r anywhere if purchases over €750 . Service was brilliant sales lady Joanne was lovely lold me when delivery would be and sure enough it came right on time with 2 lovely delivery men Dan and think Deck. Who took all cardboard boxes away with them .

To start, THANK YOU!!! The 2 seater I bought is absolutely lovely and I'm super impressed with the quality! It looks just like it does online except its better. I love how efficiently it was packed, the designers really thought about this to reduce waste. The back cushions actually zip in place which puts them above the back of the 2 seater, they are firm and stay in place. The feet were zipped in underneath with a red ribbon drawing you to the right place where they were stored. I simply twisted them into place in each corner. The wood frame is so solid, and the fabric is really really soft and durable. Plus it was at my door within a week! I asked the delivery driver where the rest of it was, and he said this is it! It was part of the smart design and packaging, I was so impressed. Also I'd interacted with the Corcoran company twice, and it was pleasant and effective. They took care of what I needed, just the way I needed! I'm from the US and I can tell you this product and customer service is far above anything I could have expected. At first I thought the price was a bit high, but after seeing the quality I know it's worth every penny!

Screws not sent with product and waited…
Screws not sent with product and waited twelve days for them to discover that there are NO holes on the furniture with which one must attach the top piece. I’ve never seen such incompetence from any seller of furniture. I’m absolutely furious and now have to pay a carpenter to drill and attach sane. Once again I can’t tell you how FURIOUS I am. 😡😡😡😡😡😡

When you initially contacted us, you advised that the screws were missing from your order. Our Customer Service team responded to this and arranged for replacement screws to be sent to you by post.
At no point during your correspondence with us were we advised that there were no holes in the furniture to attach the top piece. Had this issue been brought to our attention, our team would have been happy to investigate it and assist you further.
Our Customer Service team have since been in contact with you regarding your concerns, and we are sorry for the frustration and inconvenience this situation has caused.
