I never received my order and tried contacting them but you cannot. So wondering if they are a scam.

I lost my husband of 52 years. It’s been the hardest journey for me. Scrolling through my Facebbok, that theses women look like me. I feel tired and from crying so much. Im looking more like 90 years old. But i’m sure there are women in there Nineties. That look and feel great. So i thought i would treat myself to your beautiful pieces. It was easy to order, but when I went to pay, on the pay page it listed Discover as a payment option and when I went to submit the order that's when it said it wasn't accepted. I had to go back a page or 2 to verify that it wasn't accepted anymore. That really needs to be corrected as it is confusing.

Easy to pick items plus checkout was easy.
But keep getting mail saying my items are still on your table. Your email keeps telling me my order is incomplete, but it states also my order was was received.

I have not received my bracelets yet. I have received some correspondence indicating I will receive bracelet, when ordering I thought I would be getting 2 bracelets. There has been almost $40.00 from my bank account.
