I initially reached out to Copperleaf following a post I saw on my local Facebook page. I had been trying to get a Will written for over a year with a company who just weren't helpful at all so it put me off trying. However this being a small business in my local community made me try them. Terri was fantastic from start to finish. She was kind, patient, knowledgeable, friendly and went out of her way to accommodate us. As we are a working family my husband and I find making personal appointments in the day difficult. We were so lucky that Terri was willing to visit us at our home in the evenings. It's the small changes people make that really make a difference. I'd recommend Terri and Copperleaf to everyone, and am really pleased with the outcome we have. Thank you Terri.
