I am very happy with the service provided by Copeland Yussuf. Danielle was great at communicating with me and helping with all my questions. The report for the last survey I had needed to be completed within days and David provided this even sooner than he’d promised.

Both the secretary and the surveyor are really kind and professional and their prices are competitive.

We were really impressed with the service we received from Copeland Yussuf. Their responses were really prompt right from the start of the process, and throughout, answering any questions we had. Friendly and professional team! I’ve used this team twice now for services and they haven’t let me down. They are great on the phone with any questions & their team who do the valuations are friendly and helpful too. Out surveyor even gave me a call prior to the visit to let me know how long he’d be.

Highly recommend!

Amazing Customer Service!
I recently (yesterday) had a valuation completed by the team at Copeland Yussuf which was conducted by Armen Mirzoian. He was completely professional and informative throughout the valuation process to ensure I was aware what was taking place - this for me was beneficial being my first valuation completed.
I would highly recommend Armen and the team!

Very good communication while booking and called before arrival on day of appointment. Extremely helpful with all questions asked how they reach valuation, very knowledgeable of property and area. I would highly recommend them.
