I had great experience with Cope and Co during my recently renting house in Derby.
Entire move-in process was smooth without any glitches and was professionally managed by entire Cope and Co team.
All the questions and concerns were quickly and clearly responded by the team.
Overall, I am delighted with their services and definitely recommend them to others.

Simon Joyce - exceptional service, I couldn’t ask for more as a landlord. Simon goes out of his way to help advise and has even picked up property keys on my behalf (when I couldn’t collect myself, on completion of a recent property).

My tenancy agreement was end the 10 Nov 2024, according the agreement, I should arrange cleaning before I handover the keys.

I moved out before Nov , so I ask Cope & co any recommendation or referral about the cleaners, and then they send me their partner of cleaning, and I agree the price 200 pounds and they cleaned my house .

after handover the keys , Cope & co email to me about they will deduct my deposit as the cleaning is not match their standard. but the question is the cleaner is their partner , and then I asked that cleaner came to clean, but Cope said it is not reach their standard!

I am not a professional cleaner so I ask you any suggestions .

Ok Fine, this company has high cleaning standard, but their cleaning partner can't match their standard, That means no need to clean before you leave! Interesting!

Cope & Co helped me in finding apartment flat despite i lived away, they did for me online/video tour and after my acceptance everything was smooth. Their team was very helpful and informative.

absolutely terrible company, emma entering my property without my permission, when i called up to complain the manager said they sent me an email, so that gives them legal permission to enter my property, i advised the manager it is illegal to enter anyones property without any agreement, l have taken legal advise

The team ensured that our property was re-let immediately and at an improved rental. Both the departure of the previous tenants and arrival of the new were managed efficiently and without fuss.

Our first home in Derby was rented through Cope and Co ( then Professional) letting agents. We stayed at this particular house for nearly 2 years and through both these years, all our complaints were immediately addressed. We stayed comfortably and the end of contract was handled very well with no cause for complaints with deposit processing on time.
All in all, we have had a very good experience with this letting agency.
