I will never use again. The customer sevice is so bad if non existent.
I want to Gloucester Co-Op in Longlevens this morning. I went to the till and the cashier Gemma left the till as I approached. I said to her shall I use the self service tills as she was busy. Those words were a red rag to a bull of which I got the brunt of. She stated that they were not in use until tomorrow. I replied I did not know that but what a great idea they were. Gemma went on a rant that the tills were doing her out of a job, the people with disabilities and the elderly cannot use them and she cannot stand them. I said it was personal choice to use them as there are always tills. She was fuming she was not consulted over them and then proceeded to ask the lady behind me her opinion while serving me. If this cashier is so unhappy she needs to get another job. She is lucky to have a job as no one else would employ her with such a loud over opinionated gob. Not customer focused. Did not tell me how much I had to pay. I checked the till. No please or thank you. I for one will be grateful of the self service tills so I do not have to encounter her loud mouth rudeness again. Appalling service.
Worst customer service ever.
I had been walking around for between 15 minutes to 20 minutes looking for a sealant strip for around my bath, (which I had a leak and I have been trying to fix it since yesterday Sunday) Not one attendant to be seen on the floor yet 5 store attendants standing behind the counter talking, I approached the counter to find a couple of head turns to look at me and and again turn away, after a minute of standing I politely asked if anyone was on the till.This is when John goes ok I'll serve you.
I asked if they had flexi seal, In which John goes very rudely Nahhhh, I laughed at the extreme rudeness, and purchased the spanner and asked if he knew what flexi seal was, in which the response again was Nahhhh, I asked he's name and he responded John and walked over to talk to he's colleagues again.
Can someone please explain what customer service is this. I have been shopping here for years and have spent a lot of my hard earned money in this shop, I have also completed works for the company in which I work for in this shop and have always thought of this man demeanor to be toxic.
COOP Parkgate Hampshire is a excellent store & staff always helpful.
This is by far the worse experience I have had shopping online. Weeks after I placed and paid for my order, nothing arrived. It was impossible to phone them, as they just dont bother answering, and they didnt respond to my several emails, until I threatened to prosecute. My order arrived a few days later, but no i struction booklet with it. I have not bothered asking them for it...Stay clear of that awful company. They dont deserve to have any customers, seeing the way they treat them!

Raheen store. Approached 2 members of floor staff looking for an item, told by both to go top counter, queued for 15 minutes only to be told to go back to the floor staff to get the item and then rejoin the long queue again. Poorly trained staff.
I ordered a power washer online on the 06/05/21 and was told I would have my order in 3-7 working days,I have since emailed and rang them with no response.
Ordered power washer " Hyundai" it says on co-op website but they delivered different brand what a shame!! no phone and email answers!!No VAT invoice!!! Paid 640e don't know for what..!?
Great service from Co-Op Superstores Ardagh, Willie looked after us to organise a courier to deliver an item not normally on home delivery.
Excellent customer service. I ordered a stove which got damaged during delivery and the customer service team was so quick to help and easy to deal with. They sorted the issue out and I'm very happy with the result.
Bought a battery powered power washer from them, it turned out to be completely useless and at €136 I was expecting more, months of emails and calls have gone unanswered...AVOID. They haven't heard the last of me, ignoring me only makes me more determined
Placed an order for over €270 worth of items on the 25th November, some arrived a week later (damaged) but zero communication about remaining items. I had to chase them to find out what the heck was happening, was eventually told remaining items would be delivered. Got the text from DPD today to expect delivery but 6 hours later Co-op realised an item in the order is out of stock and email to tell me.
Dairygold are a company with revenues of €1 Billion and they must be able to do better (I'm not an isolated case - see other recent reviews).
Ordered €200 of xmass decorations online end of November, 2 weeks and 20 phone calls later (after all decorations were sold out across the country) i get an email refunding me my purchase, not one staff member helped me, no apology or anything, do not buy online,
Ordered 2 items on 27th November, one arrived and two weeks later no sign of second item. No response from 3 emails, phone doesn't even ring as mailbox is full and when got in touch via Facebook messenger was asked for details which were given and still no reply from ''The despatch team''.
Very disappointed. Impossible to get a response.
Made a purchase online mid July. I immediately requested a VAT Invoice. I am still waiting despite having requested it 5 No. times.. I have yet to receive a response to any of my mails. It is now the end of July and I am still waiting!!!
Sorry the first review has to be a bad one but I just spent 80 euro on a Webb cordless strimmer and when I tried it found it useless. Not nearly enough power to trim anything. So I brought it back and they would not refund me or offer credit or anything. I left the machine with the manager and now wait to hear from him. Not good enough. I definitely would not recommend the Webb strimmer to anybody. Complete waste of money.
