I bought a triple bunk bed in this store last year, the guard rail and slide are having issues this year, I contacted the support, and after asking me to supply some proof( some pictures), they sent out the replacement accessories without any hassles, impressed!

Well I had high anxiety after reading disclaimers on Cool Toddler Beds and noticing that this is a dropshipping company based out of Asia. However I did receive my House Trundle bed very quickly. I was worried fed ex was going to lose the package as well. They have a terrible reputation online. I received my product, with instructions and the hardware. But if there was a problem I'm sure I would have felt differently. Ultimately I feel I got a quality bunkbed for the lowest price on the market.

One negative comment is that It states on their website that they share your personal information unencrypted. I got several scam text messages and phone calls a few days after I ordered the bunkbed. It's bad business practice not to protect customers personal information.

I was sceptical at first if I should order the bed . However, I have to say that the bed has a better quality than some “well-known” brands and looks really great. Construction was super easy and easy to cope with alone (as a woman) with a lot of skill. Delivery was faster than specified period, was very surprised.

I bought one bunk bed, 2 of 3 arrived, one is lost by FedEx, after contacting the support, they reship me the third package, Although a little later, but arrived before Chrismas, It's nice, and the bed is nice too, with instructions, we assembly it easy.

On my last review they said the issue was resolved. It has not been resolved actually I was missing a lot of hardware. They commented I should say contacted me on Facebook messenger and asked me what the problem was and it still has not been resolved. So the trundle part of the bunkbed I bought which was about $900 is still unassembled because I don’t have the hardware to assemble it.

I have not yet received the third box of the bed that I was told would be delivered approximately two weeks ago. I’ve had multiple emails back-and-forth but still have not received the third box. All the boxes look open I’m hoping they’re in good shape when they’re opened this was probably a mistake ordering something like this online

Nice, and beautiful full bunk bed with more space to sleep, my daughters love it.
