Coolcabana is not only my favorite beach product, but their customer service is also the best! They are quick to respond, help navigate a solution and offer helpful advice along the way. I recommend Coolcabanas to all my family and friends and am a lifetime customer!

I am surprisingly thrilled with this last-minute purchase for my beach vacation. Customer service was exemplary in being super responsive and helping me to get a red envelope 8 ft cabana of my choice in time for my trip. Definitely a small company vibe with real people assisting for a nice change and they were really accommodating. The product itself turned out to be as advertised and even better than expected. You get what you pay for and I’m super glad I didn’t purchase a cheaper brand that tempted me. It was in fact as easy to set up as they said, and I am able to do it by myself (at 60 years young) in under 10 minutes. The material is sturdy and the coverage is really substantial. It looks great from the outside and from the inside it provides great cover to relax and play at the beach. The carry case it comes with is super sturdy and it’s not a knock out fight to put the cabana in and out of it, although I will say it takes a few minutes and is easier with two people, but definitely doable on your own. The middle polls come in a smaller case that fits into the larger case making it nicely organized in the case and reducing risk of tear of the material on the ends of the polls. The frame structure polls that line to top canopy are substantial and coated. The pouches that hold sand at the end of each side are deep and durable and hold the cabana perfectly straight despite considerable wind, we are experiencing at the beach. Overall a great purchase and my thank you to the company is this honest review 😀 .

We had one arm break at the beach this Summer and needed a replacement. We didn’t realize the size difference when installing it was wrong size. Contacted customer service and they were extremely helpful and conducted hassle free return so we could purchase the correct size. The website states you need to pay $25 for the return label but after speaking the customer service we didn’t owe anything.

I have a large and a small cool cabana which we absolutely love! It is so fast to put up. I recently had to replace one of the covers and received excellent customer service.

I was so excited to order one of their beach canopies. I know how well they're made because good friends have one.

When ordering, I accidentally hit "order now" without taking proper actions for an expedited order. I needed it within 4 days!

I emailed their customer service team who responded within a few hours and took the initiative to expedite it.

I am most grateful for their professionalism and am excited to receive this canopy for my beach outing to celebrate a big birthday!

I have 2 cool cabanas for over 2 years now. I absolutely love them, easy to put up and sturdy. Lots of shade for the family or just the 2 of us.

Recently I had to order a part and Will at Cool Cabanas was VERY responsive and we chatted on email back and forth with NO DELAY. No red tape, no customer service that have broken English! INSTANT replies!

I bought my cabana a few years ago and use it all the time, and convinced at least five friends to get one of their own. Their reps were really helpful when the carrying case broke.

Very responsive to issue with carrying case. Resolved quickly! Loved using at the beach as it was easy to set up and take down. Did very well in the wind and provided amazing shade and sun protection!

The cabana is very easy to put up and folds nicely into the carrying bag.
The bag has two carrying straps. The straps on my bag broke after 1 year and infrequent usages. I contacted the company, they told me to order a new bag and they would credit the cost.
And they did, no questions asked.

I purchased my Coolcabana several years ago but only started using it last summer. After the 2nd time using it, one of the poles snapped and I was so bummed. I thought to myself...they'll never care since I bought this years ago. I took a chance and emailed customer service with photos and they were so nice to replace the part I needed for FREE! Thank you SO MUCH! I cannot wait to use this again.

Totally impressed not only with the product but with the customer service as well. I needed a small replacement part that was damaged because of my actions and they shipped it out immediately, no charge.

Will was very responsive and quick with email responses. I bought the tent and then decided to go back for the grass kit since we loved the tent so much and we received the discount initially offered with the tent purchase after our tent first use!

In July 2025, I contacted the Customer Service team of CoolCabanas for a replacement stake. (The original stake became bent when in use.) The CS Team's response was fast, courteous, and hassle-free.
