Customer Service exceptional. I ordered the incorrect Cabana and when I reached out to Coolcabana's support they were extremely helpful . Responding immediately to my emails advising me the process I needed to follow. My follow up email in regards to my refund was also dealt with swiftly. My communications were with Will - so big shout to him for his wonderful customer service.

We visit Australia each winter and decided to make the investment in beach gear this year. Without a doubt, this is the best quality and design for sunshades. We went all in and got the chairs and mat. All set for an amazing summer st the beach. Thanks for the great customer service Will!

We ordered a Cabana from Coolcabanas on November 18th. Just received this email today December 4th.

“Thanks for your email. We sincerely apologise for the delays thus far in your beach mat, red label, grass kit or spike arriving. At this moment we have been advised that the vast majority of orders will be delivered in the next 1-2 weeks and we are aware of the delay from our third party logistics partners for this sku. Please let us know if your item has not arrived by then as we will of course refund it or resend noting we have been told all orders should be with customers by then. Thanks for your understanding.“
