I ordered a code book and ugly's through them. I received a 2017 code book and a 2020 ugly's. I thought that was just a picture to advertise the product. Why would anyone pay over 400 dollars for outdated material? Do not recommend nor will I to anybody

Thanks for sharing this feedback — and I’m sorry for any confusion about the editions you received.
To clarify, we did not ship outdated materials. The exam you purchased these books for is specifically based on the 2017 Code Book and the 2020 Ugly’s, and the testing provider only allows those approved editions into the exam. Newer editions are not accepted for that exam, so we stock and ship the correct versions required to test.

Good Experience could only be better if they submitted course hours directly to the Licensing Board and never got to speak to a representative when I called with a question 3 times but, they answered by email chat promptly. Prompt course availability.

Regarding course hour reporting, Georgia is a self-submitting state, which means we’re unable to submit course hours to the Georgia Licensing Board on a student’s behalf and students must submit their hours directly. There is low background music during instruction in parts of the course, and it’s set at a level that shouldn’t be a distraction. Program content not relevant
I did pass the test but I didn't feel as if the program helped much. The highlighting guide was largely useless and the practice tests were as well. I would prefer an actual class.

Our course is designed as a self-paced study tool so it may not be the best fit if you learn best with an instructor-led format. If you do prefer a classroom experience, our live class covers the same material, just in a guided, instructor-led format. Also, the highlighting guide is intended for students who purchase books without tabs and pre-highlighting, so they can quickly highlight their books and follow along more easily. The reason the course originally appeared under Rodney’s name is because the inquiry we received from you on May 2 listed Rodney’s name and email address. Since Rodney was the contact on that inquiry, the draft invoice and course enrollment were automatically created under his name. To clarify, the course is not assigned based on the credit card used. It’s assigned to the person listed as the inquirer/contact when the draft invoice is created. This has now been corrected, and the course has been updated to show your name. If there’s anything else you’d like us to review or adjust, please reach out and we’ll be happy to help.

Absolutely terrible
Absolutely terrible. I finished paying and registering weeks before the class. Got the calendar invite and link for the class only to get an email two weeks later saying I wasn’t registered. I have the email saying “ Thanks for registering for our live webinar! Details and a link to join the webinar are below.
