The order process was easy and the container delivery was awesome. I bought 2 within a year. I'm noticing deep rust on the sides and around the doors on both. I haven't had any leaks yet. They are both full from end to end because we've had our home demolished and stored our belongings in them.
They have 5 year wind and water warranty. I will be reaching out soon concerning the heavily rusted areas.

The containers purchased were 40ft High Cube Wind and Water Tight units, which are intended to be structurally sound and protected against water intrusion, but can still show cosmetic wear such as rust from prior use. I got the container I ordered
I got the container I ordered. It was delivered when they said it would be. They have a check list to check off things like, can you see any holes in it,or do doors open and close properly. I checked off on everything . Although I only checked one side of the doors opening and closing and the side I didn’t check is nearly impossible to open and close. But it’s not exactly level either and I do believe that’s the problem. Other than the one door it’s great. Love it.

Upon inspecting the container when it…
Upon inspecting the container when it arrived we noticed one was very difficult to close and secure the door properly. We ordered two and the first was nice and easy to open and close. The driver was insistent that nothing was wrong only that while it was still on his trailer that it “wasn’t level on the trailer” and that’s what the problem was. He just kept saying it’s fine and bullied us in to signing off that it was good. Ever since it has been placed we have leveled it and moved it up and down every which way and it feels exactly the same, difficult.

When I ordered the container
When I ordered the container, I was told it would be 3 - 5 days for delivery. It actually took almost a month to get this. I realize weather was a factor but not to the extent it it taking that long. The container itself is great. The delivery guy put it exactly where we wanted it.

Worst people to deal with. Don’t work with customer on delivery dates. Rude to customers make up fees when try to cancel because they lie to customers about delivery dates. I have told everyone that I can don’t order a container from this company. TERRIBLE to talk to.

It's a nice container same as I purchased. Delivery was good driver was great. We had to reschedule deliveries as it wasn't working out but we made it happen and I am pleased.

I recently left a review but heard…
I recently left a review but heard nothing so I will try again. It took several times to schedule delivery and I was lied to multiple times each day that we tried to schedule. The container was in much worse shape than described and I threw my back out trying to open it and close it. After applying a lot of lubricants the doors are still very difficult to deal with and I am not sure what will fix it. I am giving a 2 rating because at least it doesn’t leak yet. I have advised all my neighbors who have asked to be very careful who they purchase a container from. I had a horrible experience. I have not Google reviewed so far because am waiting to see if you care to make any of this better or even explain why no one seems to care. My plan is September leave a Google review.

We are sorry you feel you were lied to about delivery reschedules. We go out of our way to tell the truth and keep customer updated. Sometimes the truth isnt what customers want to hear but we feel honesty is the best policy. We are also concerned because you are having issues with easily opening/closing doors. We have several video's and instructions on how to make them "easier" to operate. Being level is the biggest factor. When we delivered we demonstrated opening and closing of the doors and you signed the inspection but if you are now having issues reach out to our claims department. Sorry for any inconvience this may of caused.
