Complete Scam-Like Experience – No Support, No Control, Still Charging
I had an extremely frustrating and unacceptable experience with contai.io.
I subscribed on September 29, 2025 for a 1-month plan only, and I clearly canceled my subscription afterward. However, months later, I discovered that they were STILL charging me without any authorization or notification.
What makes this worse:
There is NO clear option in the dashboard to cancel the subscription
Their support is completely non-existent — I contacted them multiple times with zero response
No transparency, no billing control, no accountability
This is beyond poor service — it feels deceptive and unethical.
A SaaS company handling subscriptions MUST provide:
Easy cancellation
Responsive support
Clear billing management
contai.io fails at all three.
I strongly advise anyone to stay away from this platform unless you’re ready to lose control over your payments.
Avoid at all costs.
