Spent 10 months trying to get eco grant…
Spent 10 months trying to get eco grant on my home.
I have a severe respiratory condition, was told the was nothing means-tested about it, then last minute after it got approved by the council they pulled out on a gotcha.
Massive waste of my time, efforts, multiple visits to my home, assessments, forms, back and forth with GP as they filled forms incorrectly. They are not the installers either just a "lead-generation" outfit.

A professional and caring agency
I received a letter through the post then filled the form online. Few days later I received a phone call from Lucy Clarke who wet through the form with me and checked whether I am eligible. Once she confirmed that she told me that I am eligible for energy saving assistance like solar panels..etc
She kept me informed about the progress of my application by emails and phone calls.
I found she provided a high standard of customer care, knowledge of the process and the products and provided a friendly service with prompt response and caring attitude.

I have been dealing with Robin on the eco 4 funding over the last few months and he has been a great help in us getting this through, even through some difficult moments.
He was extremely helpful and kept me up to date with all the ongoing issues we were having and developments and answered all the questions I had with good knowledge and understanding.

I dealt with Amy who was on the ball, one person only which helped, I was doing this on behalf of my parents who are in their 80s. Its taken about 6 weeks all told to the assessor coming out. For better than my experience , god knows who they sent to me to do the same thing. Thank you Amy

Lucy was great, very patient and understanding, fantastic customer service skills.
Scam
Scam.
We got a very misleading letter, addressed to the property with no name. They have no idea if anybody has a valid EPC, just trying to scare people into spending money if they don't qualify for "free".
The only resemblance to Consumer Rights is that they are infringing my rights by this underhand form of misleading advertising, let's see what the ASA have to say.

I've recently had dealings with Lucy Clarke from consumer rights regarding getting help with insulation amongst other things. She was very helpful, very pleasant and very efficient. It's all been sorted in just a couple of weeks. A very positive experience.

Bit of a false start with the first company I was referred to but have now had solar panels fitted and the insulation in my flat upgraded. Robin Jones dealt with me on behalf of Consumer Rights and was always very helpful.

I was contacted by Dawn Williams regarding possibility that my house could do with insulation and heating upgrade. She passed my details to Energypig and I have had a survey carried out today.
Dawn has been very helpful and professional and explained all that needed to be done.

Highly recommend! Phoned consumer rights as I’d had a terrible time with another company and been let down. Amy was VERY understanding and caring. put my mind at ease, I thought it was too good to be true at first! She got on the case straight away and the process was so easy and smooth I actually still can’t believe how fast it all went through. Amy answered all of my questions and was so professional. Couldn’t be happier with the whole process, the lads who came to do the survey and the work were lovely and also professional, nothing was too much to ask. Shelley was my contact for my area and she has been most helpful, and sorted all the necessary paperwork for me. I am now waiting for the assessor to come out and see can my combi boiler be fitted, an update will be put on here if and when it can be done.
