inventory online incorrect
I purchased a pair of boots, that said they were available online but were actually out of stock. Waited a few days to be contacted when they would be back in. After a week I reached out myself to customer service and was told they wouldn’t be available for two months. Asked for a refund without any further issues. Wish inventory would have been up to date online when I made my purchase. And that they would of contacted me with estimated restock time.

The jacket is great
The jacket is great. I had to return the first jacket because it was the wrong size, my fault not theirs. The return process was a piece of cake, the only issue was the replacement got lost in processing and shipped after I called to inquire. However, it got to me faster than the first one. Great customer service and pleasant employees to talk with.
