My Xbox one came up with the message system error and wouldn’t work beyond that point. Googled where I can have it looked at and this company was top of the list. Great reviews so thought I’d give them a try. Best decision I made , quick and friendly diagnostic over the fone , took it to them the same day and they fixed the issue over night and gave me advice on how to look after it better in future. More than happy with the service and very affordable. Will defo be going back if I need more help .

Friendly service with integrity. I took my PS4 in after it stopped reading disks, somehow it started working again with no work required on the console after I left it with them. They called me up to let me know and didn't charge me anything - could quite easily have claimed to have repaired it and get some money out of me but they chose the honest route, which I definitely appreciate.

Having seen the many good reviews I called and made an appointment. It was easy, quick and simple. Chris knew what the problem was and fixed it within the given time. My PS4 is now better than it has been for ages. Great, friendly service and great value. It was worth the journey to get there and wait time. Completely recommend this company - Trustworthy - will use again if I need to.

Took my PS4 original model in due to it being unbelievably loud and hot when playing games. Chris was amazing and turned my jet engine PS4 into a quiet and much healthier sounding console that I can use for another 5 years in peace. Definitely would recommend if you want your console to be futureproofed with some new top quality thermal paste and professional cleaning.

Absolutely brilliant service. My son’s PlayStation was making a loud noise. We booked it in for 90 minute repair. Console was done on time and works brilliantly with no noise. Chris is brilliant and fantastic costumer service, contacted us 2 weeks after to make sure we were happy with console repair.

Chris identified my PS4 needed a new hard drive and was able to fix it same day I dropped it off. Very happy with the service and the 6 month warranty, and would definitely use again. Would recommend!

Brought my PS4 in for frequently overheating, Chris sorted it out in 90 minutes and it is still running like a dream several months later. Great price and a top bloke, make sure you take advantage of this great service if you ever have any issues with your console. It’s a shame only those close to London can benefit but trust me it’s well worth travelling to him from further away if you are able to.

My switch had a motherboard issue which prevented the fan from spinning. I emailed Chris and he replied very fast and I was able to arrange an appointment. My switch is now fixed and I am happy. Great service especially for the price cannot recommend more!

Hey so 2 days ago i found this place on the internet as my xbox was slow and had an issue with loading and speed,possibly hard drive. Anyway as I thought after having a conversation over the phone it was diagnosed to be the hard drive and not a bad price quoted with warranty too! Anyway I drove all the way across London in traffic on my day off for the appointment and by the way dont be late for your slot or you will have to leave it and can not wait for it. Very strict rules and respected. Any way due to traffic I was late but was lucky as the person after me had cancelled. So I dropped it off and waited 90 minutes in the car. Excellent customer service from them and it was done before 90 minutes slot. My xbox is like new now with new hard drive. Definitely recommend them. For sure I will use them again, if I need to. A great small business! Really helpful to have the option to fix the console in 90 minutes so you can get back to your gaming ASAP! I came in with a loud fan that sounded like a literal jet engine and resulted in overheating issues and also a broken disc reader. I was able to get all of that fixed and returned for under £90 and under 2 hours!!! What more can I say? Simply amazing, I would recommend this to anyone who needs uber fast repairs and a cheap but professional service. Since having it back it’s literally has not made a single sound and runs like new, I now have a very very happy boyfriend indeed!

Chris cleaned the console and changed the fan over, it now works like a new machine, has massively extended the life of my console and has saved me a lot of money.
