Ended up at this company by chance. Imran gave us a lot of time on the day with providing us with vital information to pick the correct bed for us and explained the differences in quality compared to other providers which I could see. I decided to go with this company and the service has been amazing from initial contact to the point of bed been delivered and fitted in my house. Highly recommended and will use again.

Ordered two beds from Conrad interiors- both are of excellent, luxurious quality. Customer service was exceptional, I was quite indecisive to begin with and Zak really went above and beyond to show the variety of beds available. 5* service, I was kept well informed throughout and delivery was made easy and on time. I really wouldn’t go anywhere else to look for beds from now on.

I recently purchased a super king ottoman bed from Conrad Interiors and I’m absolutely delighted with the quality and craftsmanship. The bed has been beautifully made — it’s both aesthetic and highly functional, with the ottoman storage offering plenty of practical space without compromising on style. It has completely elevated the look of our bedroom.

We also chose the natural super king mattress, which complements the bed perfectly. Not only does it look luxurious, but it has genuinely improved our sleep. It’s incredibly comfortable and supportive — no more waking up with aches and pains in the morning.

A special thank you to Zak for his time, patience, and knowledge. He made the entire ordering process straightforward and stress-free, taking the time to answer all our questions and guide us through the options.

I bought some mattresses from Conrad Interiors last summer and was so impressed with the quality, value for money, and customer service that I went back and bought a bed as well.
I was happy to pay extra for quality, but even then the price was still very decent. You can genuinely tell the difference in quality compared to my old bed, which was already a good-quality bed itself. This one is on another level.
The service was very personalised, everything was clearly explained, and I never felt rushed or pushed into a decision. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with the results and the whole experience.
I would definitely recommend Conrad Interiors to anyone looking for quality beds and mattresses with excellent customer service. Very happy with my purchase.

Was looking for beds for months and couldn’t find the one matches with our taste and budget until this company was introduced by a friend of mine. Honestly, I was surprised the quality of their beds with their reasonable prices. As soon as you walk in to their showroom you would notice that they are different. Also very friendly people. If I wanted to buy a similar bed from retailers it would have cost me more 2k at least. Highly recommend them.

I’m absolutely delighted with my Super King size bed from Conrad Interiors. From delivery to everyday use, the whole experience has been excellent. The delivery was smooth, on time, and handled professionally. The team at Conrad Interiors and especially Zak are highly recommend.
The bed itself was bespoke made and the material used is luxurious. The quality feels solid and well-made, with a sturdy frame and a luxurious finish that instantly elevates the bedroom. It looks fantastic and feels even better to sleep in.

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. Zak in the showroom was very welcoming, knowledgeable and not pushy. I have looked all over online for a reasonably priced bed and come across nothing but tacky and poor quality beds.

The bed I bought from these guys is amazing quality and looks and feels like it should have cost double of what it cost.

Fantastic service, top quality beds and mattresses. With a wide range of mattress types to suit your needs and fully customisable bespoke beds you really can’t go wrong. The design we chose didn’t originally come with ottoman storage but the great guys at Conrad Interiors made it work! The excellent mattress has alleviated back and shoulder pain issues. 10/10
