Mortgage application was almost complete and then our mortgage advisor ‘left the business’. We were told another advisor would be in contact with us but nobody has been, this was months ago. I have since sent multiple emails to different email addresses linked to the company and have not had any response. Would not recommend this company. Paid £99 for a service and have not received it.

I applied company BTL mortgage, these people submitted my mortgage as personal BTL, I’m not able to complete my purchase with this offer, have to reapply. This time submitted my application as company BTL repayment, I’ll have to change mortgage offer to interest only again. Also, the admin used my credit card to cover their third party transaction cost, used my credit card to pay £25 without letting me know. The mortgage broker I contacted was non CAS, but jumped out to charge me £699, above normal market price. He has no idea of solicitors separate representation, don’t understand lender turnaround time, all ridiculous
