Simple interface, easy to use and has held up to production demands for a few months now with no signs of being inadequate in any way

It is a realy cool software. I haven't been able to use it to the best of my ability but it really cool

Very easy integration and easy to use. It has fully satisfied our needs for A/B testing functionalities. Responsive customer support team.

What could be better is the management of segments or target users. They support a simple list of identifications, like user-guid's but it can become a mess very quick if you want to add a lot of them to the list.

Easy to set up

We've been using config cat for a while now, and really not even configuring it gets in the way. We have it set up across Nestjs, Next.js and bare bones react apps. It does require some extra code to make it work properly with react, but once that is done, it works flawlessly.

As an engineer in a small early stage startup, I've had the opportunity to use ConfigCat and it has been a game-changer for our development process. It has helped us to easily roll out new features to our users, without needing to do a full deployment.
It's a great addition to our toolkit and we look forward to continuing to use it as we grow our business.

The design could be better but does the job.

It makes switching features on production as smooth as possible. Personalising switches (e.g. per userId) is a killer. I'm happy I have such tool as ConfigCat.

We have evaluated many competitors when choosing a our feature flags provider, and while many seem to offer more "out of the box" features, in our experience, the sales people of those products only tend to tell half of the story, and integration isn't always as easy as they claim it to be. With ConfigCat, you get exactly what they say, it works reliably and has a fair and predictable pricing. Would recommend!

ConfigCat is a great service!
Definitely on the top for best value for the provided service. There's a lot of huge players in this market charging ridiculous per seat amounts and they are not only very fairly priced, but also amazing at support. Be it online chat, slack, you name it, they are always available.

ConfigCat is super easy to use, powerful feature flagging software. It has great pricing, awesome features and fantastic support (everyone I have ever dealt with from there has been awesome). Highly recommend.
