I purchased a bespoke kitchen from this supplier for nearly £6,000, expecting quality and professionalism. Unfortunately, what I received was far from it.

The products are of low quality—especially the paint, which scratches extremely easily and looks worn after minimal use. To make matters worse, they initially delivered cupboards in the wrong measurements, which had to be taken back and replaced weeks later, causing unnecessary delays and frustration.

After the installation, the sales representative verbally promised to replace the cupboard doors due to visible defects. However, her husband (the technical lead) completely disregarded this commitment and even left our WhatsApp group chat without any explanation or resolution.

They even stopped responding to any queries or complaints about the product. They do not demonstrate responsibility or own their mistakes, which is unacceptable for a business dealing with high-cost, custom-made products.

Their customer service after installation has been almost nonexistent, and they have refused to take any responsibility for the poor workmanship or follow through on their promises.

I would not recommend this supplier to anyone looking for quality, reliability, or professional conduct.

I’m very disappointed with the bespoke kitchen from Concept Home Design. The quality is shockingly poor — the surfaces scratch extremely easily, even with the lightest touch or fingernail. The painted areas have started to swell, clearly showing poor workmanship or materials.

Once payment was made, the service completely stopped. They offered no aftercare or support and refused to acknowledge any faults or take responsibility for the issues.

I would strongly advise others to avoid this company. What they offer looks good at first glance, but the quality and customer service are seriously lacking.

I'm so happy with shelving that ozzy and his colleague built.
Ozzy took the time to understand want I wanted (floating alcove shelving) provided a clear and comprehensive quote, and kept me updated on completion of the shelving in his workshop.
On the day of installation, the guys were lovely and friendly, they went the extra mile in dealing with floors and walls that aren't at all straight, and the finished result blew me away, it's transformed the space completely.
Such a pleasure to deal with, would highly recommend and i would definitely use them again in the future.

We have wardrobes, a living unit, under stairs and several items made for our new house by Ozgur. Not only were they quick to deliver but were accommodating and flexible around our other tradesmen. The end result was better than we experienced and resulted with a modern setting that has received an overwhelming, positive response from our friends.

I had some living room wall units fitted. I asked them to make a bespoke the design to fit my wall, they listened to my points of view as well as giving me sound advice including the pros and cons. They have a variety of materials and colours to choose from. I was very pleased with work.

I had ordered a kitchen island base from this supplier, they response my question rapidly, understand what I need and my concern, everything go smooth and on schedule. Quality and fitting is good.

I had a built in wardrobe done with these guys and they were rapid quick response woth quality and service! Can advice the finish is good.
