Ordered a sweatshirt and after waiting for two months, their shipper just threw the package outside a loading dock of my building marked not for deliveries. The package was stolen and seller refused to either replace the item or refund my money. I will never order from these people again or the people that charged my paypal account Beacon Co., Ltd who must be affiliated with Comxon.

I had to go through PayPay to pay. You kept refusing my card. I checked with my CC Company & there was nothing wrong on my end. Was very disappointed it took me forever.

The ordering process is simple and straightforward. It took about 2 weeks+to receive. But I was pleased! Only thing was the fabric was not fleece it was some kind of shimmer polyester.

Not just that it took FOREVER to get my "sweatshirt" but when it finally arrived. . . it wasn't the product expected or explained. I was NOT fleece but some synthetic hideous fabric I will NEVER wear against my skin. The bright spot is the silk screen printing was exactly as ordered but the tan colored stretchy polyester or whatever fabric that is was disgusting. It is going straight in the trash. Since it came from China and I have no hope in getting a refund on a personalized item, there is no other choice but to pitch it in the bin! Save your money and order from someone who will send you a FLEECE sweatshirt.

I was able to customise the names for my son and his family. They’re going to get such a surprise to have a gift with their names in it.

Product received is not what I ordered. Pictures are Very deceiving or incorrect. Not a soft fleece lined sweatshirt, but instead a Very thin jersey type material with zero lining. Very stiff and not comfortable. Very disappointing $50 custom made gift.
