Bought a fan & waited for a week. Item has not arrived. Contacted them and they gave an tracking number. Item yet to be shipped after a week. Waited for another week. Item not even packed. Had to contact them again multiple times, then they give me a refund. Why do i have to contact them multiple times to get the tracking number or a refund. They have no intention of even sending the item or giving me a refund.

They never seem to have any thing you want but a trash water down version of what you want. Like if i want a motherbord with wifi they don't have wifi . Or if i want 750w psu they have 450w psu. There website doesn't say it. But they do.
