When other companies jacked prices absolutely sky high for no other reason than greed, I found this little shop that had exactly what I was looking for at a great price, and the whole process was lovely. I live in the U.S. and the shipping updates were even more accurate from the mail service used in the U.K. versus stateside. 10/10 could not be more pleased.

I a few bits for my PC build and put the wrong delivery address for the motherboard. Easily fixed it for me within 2 emails and the customer service team were super kind. They normally will reply out of office hours to help you out too! I ordered 4 parts all separate orders (I’m bad at decisions) and they upgraded my orders to be delivered at a premium rate (next working day) for completely free!!! 100000/10

I've been using Computer Orbit for the last 4 years for all my component needs etc. I live local to the store so it's great being able to go in an browse and get inspiration for my build. I also love being able to click and collect without having to worry about couriers and deliveries. I can do everything on my terms. The staff are great and friendly. They once offered to keep the store open an additional ten minutes so I could have a browse when I popped in to collect an order which was really nice.

Bought some components for a new system build, and had a few issues getting it up and running. Called Computer Orbit twice for some advice. Both times, got straight through to a very friendly and knowledgeable member of staff. None of the patronising irrelevant stuff you often get from big outfits, just sound advice freely given on both occasions, and got the problem sorted!

I just received my first order from orbit although I haven’t opened it yet I have received a perfect package, I must thank these guys as they were the only place in the uk that would ship to Northern Ireland no questions asked unlike scan.co.uk who took the money only to inform me days later that they only posted to uk mainland. Great service I wish i knew about them earlier but on my next build these guys will be my first option.

Ordered a Lian Li Lancool II Mesh rgb mid-tower case. Arrived exactly when they indicated, and very well packaged. It's a large thing for me to trust to Parcel Force, bit I needn't have worried.... not even scratch on it. Would certainly vouch for Computer Orbit

First of all I want to say I'm pleased with my purchase because in europe they were the only retailer with the case I was looking for in stock, the case just arrived now at my home in Norway.
I'm very pleased they deliver to Norway and I like the fact they use parcelforce so the shipping is not crazy expensive.
I had a nice experience I'm just not happy about one thing... because of their position on the market as the only place with this case in stock they increased the price of the product a few pounds more than what the case is supposed to cost!
I kind of understand it especially because they don't operate in \Norway but that's something I'm not used to, here in Norway the price is the price and the promotion is the promotion prices don't increase based on stock numbers!
But like I said I don't mind it in the end because this case was a big problem to get it here so I'm extremely happy and I'll certainly use Computer Orbit again in the future.

Honestly where to start , sadly I was sent a motherboard with missing components and damaged processor pins as a result. when I requested an exchange I was told that the damages did not match there guidelines for returns , even with images provided that clearly showed the poor quality of the board I had received. The email I received in response was essentially a defensive rant with little fact included at all. Would never use them again out of fear of having to return another unusable motherboard. Go elsewhere for your PC parts as they at least will arrive checked and in tact and I’m 100% sure there customer service will be better than Orbit. Terrible.

Fast and surprisingly cheap delivery and products came exactly and describe and amazing for the price

Very helpful staff answered all of my questions very quickly, when I managed to download the wrong software update and thought the keyboard was broken I got a reply and fixed the issue within the hour. Cannot recommend these guys enough.

Excellent service and price. I ordered a CPU cooler on a Saturday afternoon and although I paid for next day I did not expect it to be delivered on the Sunday. Will definitely look here first when I need anything else.
