We have worked with CompuFACT for several years for background checks for prospective employees. They are friendly and professional and have quick turnaround time. We highly recommend Joe and his team at CompuFACT.

I wanted a background verification company that was NOT a 1 size fits all background check with a HUGE price tag. I was looking for a reliable, customizable service which offered ease of use, quick turnaround time and had a customer service department if we had questions or issues. We have that and more with CompuFACT. No only do we have custom packages to fit multiple types of backgrounds we need to do for a variety of positions requiring different information, but the cost is extremely affordable and the data is highly reliable. The support system is great, the knowledge in the company on the law and their product offerings is exceptional and very helpful, when this is not my expertise. The account manager we have is highly responsive and friendly and the main customer service department is also highly responsive and friendly. I have nothing but great experiences with CompuFACT and appreciate that as our needs change in this area, they are very helpful and educational on giving us options that fit our needs.

Compufact just ruined a very important job opportunity for me. They’re being paid to get documents from the courts but that was not the case with me. They went and got public records on me instead of contacting the courts for my records and then reported the incorrect information back to the job i had interviewed for. Even though they apologized and are going to do it right this time and contact the courts for the records like they should have to begin with, they cannot undo the damage that has been done. She told me that when courts got closed bc of Covid they had to start getting background checks from public records instead but the courts have been open for over 6 months now so I find that untruthful and unacceptable. The courts told me they had never been contacted for anything from them. These are peoples lives y’all are playing with and should really think about not cutting corners when it comes to someone losing everything over their mistakes or wanting to save money by searching public records instead of paying the courts for the records.
