Product is great and very effective.

Customer service not so much. Had a series of issues with the app. Dealing with them via their AI chatbot was hopeless. It kept telling me that my version of the app was different to other people’s (it was latest version from AppStore).

Haven’t been able to get the app to load for a few weeks now. Not getting much help on that either.

Still, the product is being delivered on time so I can’t he completely negative.

Run pretty much by AI or humans with as much ability to provide any real depth of customer service. Works great until it doesn’t, and then you’ll find yourself frustrated and on your own.

I have been part of Compound for three months and it’s has been a fantastic experience. It’s really helped me with my journey and I have gone from 15 stone to just under 12 stone in this time.

Everything is formulated for you in the plan so they help with nutritional advice, exercise routines, supplements, and support with any issues you may have along the way.

Excellent well rounded program that addresses all parts of a weight loss effort, advice given regarding nutrition, different fitness routines and protein supplements which was invaluable throughout the journey.
