I recently worked with Composely and have been so impressed with their level of professionalism and the writing talent they have on staff. From the kickoff of our first project, the team was super responsive and really helped me through the process of creating effective copy for my business.

The copywriters on the team are seriously skilled. They have a way of understanding exactly what I want to say and turning it into words that really connect with my audience. Writing is sharp, and submitting revisions is easy. They always deliver on time and go the extra mile to make sure my projects are completed.

We've been working with Composely for about 2 years to support both copywriting for ourselves and for our clients. Arguably the worst writing I’ve ever seen in the business world. A basic sample took multiple iterations with a ton of direction that yielded nothing usable. Enormous waste of time. Do not use.

Compose.ly is rather sloppy when it comes to the hiring process. They boast a 1% acceptance rate for writers, which may be accurate. However, it is by no means guaranteed to be the best 1%, but rather whatever 1% the editing team decides to accept.

Compose.ly has a rigorous entry process, but then immediately transitions to trial articles that lack details and have contradictory information. Its style guides don't agree with what the individual client documents state, meaning that writers are left to guess what is desired. The results are, as could be expected, erratic at best.

At least its editing team admitted that the documents are erroneous. Unfortunately, it means that the writing staff is composed of the writers who happened to get assigned to editors who felt like giving them a pass rather than the ones who produce exceptional copy. Based on the reviews, Compose.ly's approach used to be different, but seems to have changed in recent months or years.

The best thing about Compose.ly is they get it done the right way the first time. We can always rely on their team to create engaging and impactful content in a timely manner.

The account managers are communicative and passionate about their clients. We always feel like the most important group they have. Shout out to Douglas (Epic Beard) Haugen and Alyssa (Rocks it like a Hurricane) Chomiczewski. You guys are the best.

Compose.ly's online interface is fast, easy and fun! The writers are responsive and skilled. The revisions are collaborative and the turn around time is hard to beat.

When I first look at the interface of Compose.ly to submit a project, I understood that they know what they're talking about. From the beginning, I had a good feeling. Then I was connected with my Content Writer, and less than 3 days later, I had the first draft of my first piece of content.

The result was above my expectation for this first test, I just had a few comments, and the interface makes it very easy to drop some comments (like in Google Docs), and I was even able to LiveChat with the Writer on their website.
